Came in for bowling at 8:25. Advertised hours are open until 10. They would not take us and said they closed bowling for the night. We asked what time they close and were told “umm tonight 9 pm” so I asked could you kindly update google and your door which both say 10 pm. Needless to say not coming back to an unprofessional establishment.

No one was around. Employees were sitting around talking to each other up front. Had another one trying a shot at the bar. Like what kind of establishment is this. The only employee that was good at their job was the assistance guy for the bowling lane.

If there was a way I could do -1000 I would. Let's start off with "management". I was talking with a host she was answering everything correctly, super sweet and everything (she was sitting) but then this I think "manager" comes up and tells her to stand, which personally I find pretty stupid. I see Aldi employees sitting and they do a pretty good job. So I don't see the point in having her stand if she's doing her job correctly sitting or not. Second the lanes. 20?? seriously??? The lane was breaking down and not working. Good thing there's a Dave and busters around the corner, I'll take my business elsewhere.

This place was horrible! The bowling lanes are so old that they're not straight, Do not have start lines, and they kept breaking. The reset buttons do not work and the pins freeze up. They give you only 1 hour to play. Most of that 1 hour is wasted on putting your name on the console which was not working properly and waiting for someone to fix your reset pin button and reset the lane. It's a total scam. The drinks were watered down and full of ice. The staff was ignorant and rude. This place is terrible! Total waste of money. Go anywhere else to bowl. Go anywhere else period! Total waste of time and money.
