A sandwich cafe more than a Deli, they are not cutting meat and cheese to order.

Want a quality sandwich? Hit McAllister’s Deli. I ordered the New Yorker which consists of their corned beef and hot pastrami. The sandwich was served on marble rye. This choice was a real surprise. I didn’t expect to be able to get a bunch of flavor profiles out of one sandwich. The pastrami was bold and well seasoned and had a nice peppercorn finish, while the corned beef was savory but not too fatty or greasy as some delis would serve it up. The sandwich is topped with a creamy Swiss cheese and a brown mustard. The meat is piled high on this one as well. My only complaint would be that the sandwich could’ve used more mustard, but given what was served to me it really wasn’t a complaint but more of an observation. I had a side of mustard potato salad with my sandwich and it was a great choice. The potatoes were cooked perfectly, and sliced in nice good sized chunks. The mustard was not at all overpowering but was balanced perfectly with an equal amount of mayonnaise. Overall this experience was one of the best I’ve had in the Schaumburg area. I highly recommend this place.

Order for dine in, came out wrong. There is only a Senior Disc. on Mondays? We have received a discount at other locations on any day of the week. Cold and loud dining area. We'll go back to our preferred location, not this one. Sorry.

My first visit at McAllister's deli was on Monday, March 11. The food was excellent deli style sandwiches, soups, desserts, salads, all on the menu at McAllister's. I enjoyed from the menu, the choose two, which it consist of half a sandwich, a cup of soup, and then I also had a cup of the fresh coffee and dessert had a slice of the colossal carrot cake which was exactly what it sounds like colossal. it was delicious. My lunch was fabulous. The service was absolutely Very accommodating the staff would check on you to be sure that everything was OK and the best thing was the food was prepared on trades that look like dinner plates you would serve at your own table. The ambience was very smooth for a deli not too much noise, you could actually speak to the person across from you and understand the conversation which was great They actually have a catering and delivery service as well which I am looking forward to experiencing

First experience at this location and not overly impressed. Stood waiting for quite a bit before being addressed and only then was it because and employee in the dining room shouted for the people behind the counter to take care of me. The girl that took my order was pleasant though, as was the one that brought out my food. The bread was stale, sandwich was supposed to have mayo and it did not. Was asked if I wanted a pickle and I responded that I did, that was not included either. Had I dined in, I would have said something, but the issues did not get noticed until I got back to my office to eat it. Overall, I enjoy McAlisters but today’s experience leaves me questioning whether I’ll return to this location.

Had a great first experience at McAlister’s Deli. Hailey was so helpful with the menu and my first order. Hailey even took the time to visit me during my meal to share more about the new restaurant and to make sure I was satisfied.BIG “hat-tip” to Hailey.I will be back for more!Just left my 2nd lunch at McAlister’s Deli and have only good things to say. Food and experience was excellent and WAY better than some of the chains. My visit was once again made pleasant by Hailey’s attention to make sure I had what I needed. Keep up the good work Hailey!

Excellent food and service. Very friendly. Stopped to grab a quick bite with the family. Table side service was awesome. Came and refilled our drinks before we even asked. Manager came to asked how everything was and talked to us briefly.Food is good. Service is good. Will definitely be going back.

This location is killing it ! The food was fantastic and the presentation literally looked like the pictures. Their customer service is better than most fancy restaurants I’ve been at. Not only do they give you that friendly inviting greeting , they check up on you like a sit down restaurant. So happy MCA moved into town, this is my go to spot now !

I really enjoyed the experience here last Sunday. I got a 12 inch Italian sandwich which was ok. It needed a ooompf to it to make it over the top. But I will say, unlike other places that load up on bread and veggies, McAlister's Deli gives you a solid 1.25 - 1.5 inches of nice sliced deli meat for your buck. And the price is about what you'd pay anywhere. For what you get in terms of substance, the price is well worth it. I would definitely come back. The one side note - and this is not meant to criticize negatively, just food for thought - the manager was tooooo talkative and wanting to have a conversation as soon as our food arrived. Like yo, were starving and the food literally just was brought out by you. Give us a second to eat. She was very gracious and kind, refilled my coke without asking a number of times. So just my .02 cents. Nice woman, just needs to understand boundaries a bit I guess. Again, I will be back.
