I've yet to receive a wrong order or poorly prepared food but the expectations here are low. It is what it is. Scores low for lack of cleanliness. Yes, you can see into the kitchen but can you see how clean things are? No. Can you see in the seating area? Yes. Tables are dubiously clean so pick carefully as they all need a proper washing. Floors could use a mopping too. General lack of tidiness makes me wonder what the standards are in the kitchen. How well is that all cleaned. From twenty feet away it might look fine but if the front of house is typically a mess then how is the back?
One of the best customer services out of all McD s that I’ve ever been, so fast and friendly. The maintenance is also at top notch at this location.

Natalie loves McDonalds! The fries and nuggets are always picture perfect. She is very picky and won't eat something that does not look right to her. May not be the best food but she will eat it happily which is important to me. This location has the full your own cup fountain machines and is close to the house so we can get a quick bite to eat no matter how busy we are. The restaurant is very clean and the employees are normally great here. I appreciate that most of them don't ignore you when you walk up to the counter.

guy in the back window shouldn't be working his shift if he doesn't like to communicate with customers.he gave me an attitude when i provided my app, and didn't give me a receipt, then carelessly gave me my change, didn't care for the fact that he almost dropped it.if you hate your job, don't work it, simple as that.

every time I go through the drive thru at this store, just takes forever. I waited for a drink 5 mins after paying. It was the same way at 10:30pm the other night just ordering a dbl cheesebur and small fry. The time it takes to get through this drive thru continues to shock me how long it takes.

The manager there was great, he seemed to be short staffed but was still very professional and kept it together. He communicated well that my order would take a minute and i had no problem. He was very nice, i didn’t get his name but he was an older fellow and deserves a pay raise.
