Everytime I come here and order through the drive thru. They make you park in the mobile order spots. Doesn't even matter if you order ahead on the app. There is always a wait.

This McDonald’s is very unprofessional. I placed an order for pick up at 10:29pm on 3/12/24 when they’re supposed to be open till 11pm according to the website and when I got to the window they turned off all the lights and told me that they were closed. The guy at the window was very rude so I pulled off. I then called them, asking for my refund and he interrupted me saying that he doesn’t do refunds and that if I didn’t get it then I didn’t get it. This isn’t my first incident with them at this location either. The employees are young and immature and very rude and impatient. I definitely want to speak to someone higher up because this is ridiculous.

This McDonald’s is clean and efficient, but one thing really annoys me when I come around in the evening: one of the parking lot lights is broken and flashes constantly near the drive up window. I wonder why it has been like this for over a year!

Don’t order delivery from this place. This team will forget to pack your food and will refuse to give you a refund unless you come down to the store, which I can’t do right now because I’m sick. So not only did I not get my food, I got scammed out of money too AND to avoid a FEE, you have to have an order minimum and of course the item I ADDED TO MY ORDER TO AVOID THE FEE, was the item that didn’t get packed into my bag. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have just been charged the fee
