Expensive place. I was watching the guy gave me four lbs of mutton completely with the ribs then I have asked him to change it and he has changed the meat. Then inside the guy who cuts the meat he actually removed the meat and added the old meat. I was literally watching him never .coming back to this place

I'm not the type of person who writes reviews, but I need people to know the truth. This man is dishonest! We've visited this place numerous times since we moved to Chicago to buy meat. Each time, this man overcharged us. For instance, when we asked for four pounds of veal, he charged us for almost five pounds, even though the veal weighed less than three pounds. When we called the store, he claimed that the meat is weighed before cleaning, although we only requested him to cut the meat, not clean it. Moreover, the meat still had fat and bones. This same issue occurred with keema, chicken, and pasanday. I weighed everything at home and was furious. Don't go here. He is dishonest and a liar. We used to spend $150 on meat every week, but we won't be coming back here. His prices are higher than other meat shops in the neighborhood, and it's not just about the money. Please read other reviews as well. This man is a liar and a cheater!!!

Worst place to order meat . No time management . This has happened many times . They will tell to come after 1 hour and everytime it wont be ready. They will start cutting meat after i reach there. Really bad customer experience. The young guy working in the front has terrible attitude towards customers.Good luck with losing more customers. Will never recommend this place to anyone. If i had option to give zero star i would have given that. Never going there again.

My wife and I have been meaning to try this and we are glad we did. Bought some ground beef and chicken breasts earlier today. We grilled them and were very happy with the quality of the meat.The staff was very friendly and even showed us the charcoal grill and gave us a sample of the Beef Bihari while we were waiting…absolutely delicious

For the past coupletimes we bought 1/2 baby goat costing around 150 to 200 $. The meat was hard and not chew at all. We went back to the store with the cooked meat and most of the uncooked meat to get replacement for the uncooked meat. The owner was rude and arguing nonsense. We left the uncooked meat for around 125$, the owner does not have any decency/shame to get the uncooked product for free, he probably will sell for another customer. Very bad experience, and very bad customer care. This new management is worse, me or my friends and relatives will not go that store again.

Initial experience here wasn’t so great but the next couple were decent.Indicated that first experience is a one off.Got the Qurbani done based on how the package would be done…..totally feel cheated. As we selected them based on how the meat would be handled.Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst experience and rude management. Their style of management is enough to doubt their product and never to return to this store. I would go the Eatern Or Mediterranean Marker instead for good halal meat. Stay away.

If i can give 0 star. All time my husband was buying here the meat. And when i check the reviews, see 50% of reviews about lying weight. Its true! Today i bought just 1 pound of meat, because my refrigerator broken. So i told him no fat, but he gave me with fat and i asked to remove the fat and give me 1 pound clear beef. But he gave me the meat less than pound (he weighted, i asked) and charged money for 1.131 pounds with fat. Very ridiculous! You are not halal store!!!

Good customer service. We usually take lamb and chicken from here. This time I tried their marinated chicken skewers for grill. It came very tasty . My family whole family liked it.
