Outback Steakhouse is a classic! Great service, food, beer, and good time. Never been to Australia but Outback Steakhouse makes me want to go! They know how to season their food very well! Grab a Foster’s Beer to set the mood! Bloomin Onion is awesome! Steaks are great! Love the wings and fully loaded baked potatoes!

I made a special trip to the Schaumburg location. What a disappointment! At about 2:30 last week, web site states OPEN 11am. 2 people out front male and female and a tesla. They were both meeting about the restaurant. I went to the door and it was locked and they just kept talking didn't say a word to me as to what was going on. They just walked away so....i walked away. I left..why say open if you're not? Poor service ah..no service Drove right across the parking lot to...you guessed it! Longhorn was open and I had a great Ribeye. You snoozed.

Don't even think about it. Walked in to 4 people waiting. Said 10 minutes. 45 minutes later we get seated. They seated over 15 other parties before us because they were not putting people in the reservation system properly; nearly everyone was told 10 minutes waiting time; 6 people standing around the podium and about 1/3 of the tables empty be ause they are "short staffed." Very poorly managed by teenagers who have no clue what they are doing. Can't rate the food because an hour later we still haven't ordered!!

Quite expensive for such a place compared to Long Horn which is much better and tastier. my waiter brian T wasn't very nice. The waiter had trouble changing the sauces in the sandwich. Moreover, I received a sandwich without cheese and cucumbers. when I asked for cheese for my sandwich, the waiter wanted me to pay more. even though 2 ingredients were removed from the sandwich. (cucumbers and sauce) . I often eat out and I know that it is not a problem for the cook to change the sauce or add cheese. the waiter grimaced and kept refusing. I don't recommend it, it's too expensive and the dishes are not good. the chicken shrimp paste that my friend ate ± Alfredo sauce was also not tasty.
We were here for a conference. We sat at the bar because one of our group members asked if we could. The women manning the bar was friendly but made us wait a little too long between drinks and food ordering. She didn't bring flatware until we asked for it. The sauce for the Blooming Onion ran out, and the server was busy having conversations with co-workers, and we had to wait to ask for it. So we had to constantly ask for things. Still polite and nice, her tip may have been better if she was more atentative to us. I mean, we usually tip well. As it was, I tipped 25% on my $30 bill. I know the other two guys tipped well but would have tipped better, and their bills were higher than mine. I assume she decided we were not worth it because we did not order alcoholic drinks. Overall, it was pleasant, and the food was good.
We went this location twice, last time we went last week Tuesday had stake combos me and my girlfriend both got food poisoned, I guess it was steak my girlfriend was feeling stomach issues whole week took 5 days to get better. I was ok after couple of days. Not going back there again.
