Orange chicen my Dougher likes but need to clean the store better to many people not enough staff or maybe I caught bad time to see the place looking like this

This place was filthy. Every table had food, spilled drinks, and trash underneath of them. Food tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time as well. Never have had a bad experience at any Panda Express but this one was awful.

place stunk, counters were beyond sticky... as for the food? ensure you're near a restroom within 30 minutes of consuming then prepare for the stomach cramps in the night ahead. pass on this franchise location unless you're into gastrointestinal

Love their cream cheese rangoons! The beyond orange chicken (vegetarian version of the orange chicken) is also really delicious! Shrimp is tasty. I've had their chowmein/noodles before too, and they're also really good! Overall, a good place with actual tasty vegetarian-friendly options, and decent prices!

We had never been to a Panda Express before so this is a new experience for us. our kids really enjoyed it. we were kind of in a rush to eat because we had to get back to the airport but they had a number of choices for meat and rice for noodles. they had a good option for kids that was a fairly decent deal.

Worse experience I have ever had in any panda location, I truly recommend anyone not to eat in this disgusting place and they also treat customers with no respect at all. They open Sundays at 12 pm and I got there around 12:45 pm and they didnt even have what I wanted so I ordered broccoli and beef and they only put 3 small pieces of beef so I asked if they can put more and the lady said that its supposed to be 70% broccoli and 30 percent beef while she was giving me a bad look up and down like really I thought I was the one buying here. I will never go to this establishment ever again.

We have been to many Panda Express Restaurants. This one didn't make what we have come to expect from a Panda Express. The steak was over cooked and burnt. We had to clean off a table in order to sit down and eat. They had 3 people up front so there was no excuse for that. There was a younger gentleman behind the counter who was serving and checking on the dining area. Seems like he was working hard and the other two could have done more. Not a fan of this Panda Express.

We eat Panda express often we were at the Woodfield Mall location and we ordered teriyaki chicken the chicken was beyond undercooked when we bit into our meals - you couldn't chew it...they refused to give me a refund because they didn't give me a receipt I would not eat here they were very rude and the rest of the food tasted old as well we wasted $30 on this disgusting food ...They Offered us more food and I said there's no way I'm gonna eat this nasty stuff no thank you. I also told them I wouldn't feed it to my dog in fact it could be dog meat that I was eating because it definitely did not look or taste like chicken 90% of meal went in the garbage- I was so angry at the lady that kept apologizing as she smiled and said there was nothing she could do for me and it was very hard for me to control myself and not throw it in her face. I will never eat here again- I wish that I had taken a photo first because I would show you how nasty all of it was. They didn't give me a receipt so they refused to give me a refund for that reason. there was water leaking all over on the ground in front of the counter somebody could slip and fall. The garbage was overflowing very poor management

I witnessed an employee treat a customer horribly.I was completely in shock. Employee was 100% in the wrong and said evil mean things to a mother who was trying to pay for her sons meal. Sickening display and management wasn't there which was a shock to me for a Saturday.
