Restaurant wasn’t clean at all. Typical Panera bread was smells fresher and looks cleaner. staff not friendly at all. No smile no welcoming and on top of that their prices went up sky high AP $50 for large broccoli soup and two mac & cheese cannot believe it. This is a meal deal at the restaurant for two people. I will not go back there again. I will consider everybody to think about it also, the less people go, the more reasonable prices will be on their menu

They consistently dont utilize the rapid pickup rack. The people making the food are always more focused on their own conversation.

Whoever is working the register right now, white guy, little bit of facial hair, sort of tall, he’s SUPER sweet and helpful and funny! This is the kind of quick customer service I like to find! I always come here and he’s the sweetest I’ve had so far as a cashier. That guy is so slay and I hope he gets paid well! I mean the food is bomb too but everyone knows that?♀️ only thing I’m sad about is how there’s no bread bowls and it’s not even 4pm but it’s fine because all the other food is good too!

I ordered a large bowl of cheddar broccoli soup. It's only half full I asked for more after leaving a 8 dollar tip, And the worker says no really rude if you ask me, why give people a large bowl half full, this really pissed me off. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this location.

Come here if you want to play musical chairs with the cash registers, and a rude manager.Stood in line for 5 minutes and made eye contact with him several times. He rang out the person in front of me and then walked away from the register. Then another worker walks a customer from the other counter right in front of me rings them up and walks away.The manager makes eye contact with me again while I stand at the counter and says “how’s it going?”, to which I replied “good and you?” and he walks away.Don’t spend your money here. Headed to the next Panera down the road.
