Enu is eclectic, but I recommend sticking with their staples Italian sausage or Italian beef sandwiches. If you're feeling daring. Try a combo.Vegetarian options: If you've tricked a vegetarian into going to Portillo's, good for you. They do have salads.

I had high expectations for this flagship location, but unfortunately, my experiences here have been rather disappointing due to inconsistencies in food quality and service. On multiple occasions, I've noticed that the fries are not served hot, typically ranging from medium to cold in temperature, which detracts from their overall taste. More concerning, I've encountered an issue with hygiene, as I've found hair in my burger twice. This is particularly disheartening as I believe this location has tremendous potential. However, it seems that the current management might not be paying adequate attention to these crucial details. I hope to see improvements in the future for a better dining experience.
