Lovely as usual for a great sandwich shop. I always get the Italian sandwich with double meat and cheese, chocolate shake and jalapeno chips. Basically the heart burn meal for all you normies. Just as good today as normal. If was a bit warm in the business - but yeah I had the hot peppers

Service is horrible. We have ordered a few times from this location and will not give them another try. They continually mix up the order and just the most recent example dropped off a bag with two bottles of water, for and order that was over $100 worth of food. They couldn't even address that situation, so we had to send someone to go pick it up. I would avoid this location if you like Potbelly food, they don't do a good job and cant even help you out when there's an issue. If you happen to wait for someone to answer during normal business hours, often the phone just goes dead. Not a good experience there at all.

Ordered the skinny chicken club and asked to cook the bacon a little extra. I have done this multiple times before and never has it come out burnt!! It made the rest of my sandwich taste like burnt bacon. I also asked for a side of hot peppers in which weren’t in the bag when I reached my destination.

It's my first time got Potbelly sandwich after consistent recommended by my friend for almost a year. Got the Turkey sub. You can select the sauce & customize toppings if needed. Honestly I think it definitely tastes better than Subway. I felt clean and healthy after eating the sub. However, I wanted to knock out one star because it's not cheap. I will add this place to my weekly healthy restaurant option and definitely recommended if you are looking for a classic sandwich option.

The sandwich itself is good, don't get me wrong. Unfortunately the service is left to be desired. I understand that having a drive thru location has its difficulties, but they did not mess up only once but twice. The person adding topping to my sandwich showed the complete OPPOSITE of above and beyond, not caring about weather or not the sandwich has the requested toppings or not. Complete apathy. We even asked for "Everything but hot peppers", which is simple enough to understand but the worker still left out some essential toppings. My sandwich experience was pretty disappointing after that interaction.

When I do visit this location I always get a top notch sandwich that tastes really good and is made perfectly the way I order it!Service is always really good too.The sandwich techs really put a lot care into making their creations correctly and tasty. It’s a simple thing to make sandwiches but you’d be amazed how many places get it wrong.
