I wish 0 stars was an option. I have been to other locations in the past that were so much better because of the customer service. The girl who checked us out today was rude and acted like she was annoyed that we were trying to decide what we wanted and took an extra 10 seconds ordering our food. The food was cold. They were out of guacamole and all the tables were dirty. There was also no one else there so it's not like they were too busy. Will not visit this location again.

This location gives out the smallest portions iv recived. Most scoops did not fill the serving spoon so sad kuz the protein was so small

Disappointed. This is the closest to me and time and time again it makes me shake my head. Never ready at opening. No soap anywhere in sight, not the bathroom OR the sink behind the counter. I just had to leave sans food. If you get sick, you were warned.

First time at Qdoba and it was a great experience! The place was so clean and the customer service was amazing! As soon as we walked in we were greeted right away by a young lady with a very neat sleeve of tattoos. Told her it was our first time here and she took the time to explain and answer my million and one questions. There was also a young blonde haired guy (wish I would’ve gotten their names) who also took the time to explain the different sauces and additional toppings you could add to your bowl. Will definitely be back

Ordered a Turkey apple white cheddar sandwich out of one of the kiosks in terminal 5 O'Hara airport as I'm running to catch my flight..Ate half. tasted off. now feeling nauseous. Went to look for expiration date no where to be found!! To add insult to injury traveling on business and couldn't get a receipt for my purchase. Always looking for healthy options while traveling on business. Love the concept. Will think twice before doing this again.

I was rushing to get there at least 15 before they closed I walked in at 8:47 pm and immediately was given a weird look and told we're closed and we're out of everything. Are you really though? I've worked retail and understand that people want to get home and go out but honestly this is the reason workers are given more time to clean up after closing. Never coming back to this location. So disappointed
The place is set up beautifully it gives off a good vibe,food great and comforting.Everything Tasted fresh had a bite from the whole family's dish.

Wow! This qdoba must be under new managment! I was there yesterday at around 7:30pm and I got the best service, and best meal. My food was fresh and it was delicious. The 2 female workers made sure I had a great experience while I was at the restaurant. It was very pleasant eating inside, the lobby area for the guests was super clean. I will be coming back to this location for sure!

What a great experience I had visiting this place yesterday , what a lovely staff everyone is so positive and friendly , I was well greeted , had an amazing bowl with good portions which was amazing , everything was nice and clean !! This store has made a lot of improvements and will definitely be coming back.
