Waiter was top notch. Food was as expected. Kids enjoyed their food. Leaving was a bit odd. My daughter and I went to the washroom, and when I came out they were already cleaning off our table. So assumed my husband had paid and we went to the front. We waited at the front for like 10 min and then we were informed by our waiter that we hadn't paid yet. I was embarrassed bc it felt like I was being accused of dining and dashing. I pay the tab and my husband walks out with our other kid also very confused. Not sure if we'll return or not

Red Robin has good food typically, I definitely walk away stuffed with their endless varieties. I can't say I've tried much of the menu because I'm actually a very picky eater, you could say my taste is very plain. Not much sauce, not spicy, you get the idea...Service tends to be good unless they are busy, then they become unattentive and the endless is more like 'where is that refill I asked for 20 minutes ago?'On the nights I have been there and they have good service The waiters definitely keep it coming. I didn't get her name but there's one waiter that puts in refills of my macaroni and my root beer float even before I've began the first one. It's helpful considering I'm an adult eating off of the kids menu ha. I'm vegetarian so mac and cheese is a very safe meal for me and I appreciate the fact that the waiters never argue. If it's on the menu I should be able to order it, it's not exclusively for kids even though it may be labeled it. A T-shirt may be labeled women's clothing but a man can wear it.As long as the food keeps coming then I'd save Red Robin does a great jobVegetarian options: You could always order the mac and cheese like me or otherwise I really didn't look for any other options but I'm sure they're there like a salad or other.Parking: It's woodfield Mall and it's a popular little corner so it's always going to be rough trying to park there Even if you have handicap parking
Great place to get a bacon cheeseburger! Bottomless fries make it even better. Easy to get to as at exterior of Woodfield Mall. Can go shopping before or after too!

I’ve always been a fan of Red Robin but haven’t had it in a while. Saw the place at the mall and decided to try it. Very good idea!! Food was so good, the burgers and buns are on point. Very high quality. Reuben our server was on top of things and super polite. And the manager came to say hi and check in. The garlic fries are my side of choice. Give it a shot you won’t regret it! 5 stars.

This is my go-to spot for delicious food after walking throughout the mall. Jazmin was the sweetest heart there was, and provided above and beyond service! I left a great tip and so should anyone else who is served by her! She deserves a raise! :)

This is the 1st place we ate at after coming home from a month long trip to Europe. This review is is going to be a bit of a compare and contrast because of our recent experience in several other European countries for the previous month. America is truly great and unique and Red Robin is just one of the many consistent establishments that make it that way. You get way more food here than most any other place in Europe. The food comes quicker and the service was superior to anything we had been used to over the previous month. We ate at multiple places over the past month in Europe with final bills that were $100-$200 and the service didn't come close to what Hannah offered us in service here at Red Robin. Our server, Hannah was amazingly friendly, kind, and attentive to us. She was quick and checked on us several times. In most European countries the wait staff is paid more but then tips are not expected. For those who critique the U.S. for low restaurant wages, go eat at restaurants in Europe and you'll appreciate how much better you are treated in the U.S. because the waitstaff has to earn their wages. Hannah earned her tip! She was such a pleasant refreshing welcome back to America where you can achieve anything if you your willing to overcome obstacles! Thank you Hannah and the rest of the staff at this Schaumburg Red Robin! Keep America Great, there is not another one in the entire world!Vegetarian options: My wife loves the vegetarian burger.

Wow!! What a hole! We walked in and I didnt even sit down. There was old food crumbs on the table, a literal pile of wadded up napkins under the table, something wet and sticky all over my chair, and garbage all over the floor. This used to be the best burger place around, now its the worst. We stopped going there because this place was going downhill, so we decided to try it again, and regretted it. Absolutely terrible place.
