And it's not a bad thing.Like all other chain fast food, you know what you're paying for when you come here.I got the spaghetti and meatball for my daughter and I, it was enough for our lunch. The spaghetti pasta was cooked well. The meatballs were seasoned well. They were delicious and succulent. The sauce was a little watery, but it had a good seasoning and flavor.We enjoyed our food.The service was good. They were nice and helped us quickly.The atmosphere was a little odd. Tables weren't that clean.If you're looking for an alternative to burgers, fried food, or other fast food; this is a good choice. Although considering it's a chain and the food is fast food, it's place that serves pasta and pizza. This Woodfield Mall location is clean and has tasty quality food.

Terrible customer service and came from the manager if thats her position. She didnt look one. Terrible, unprofessional. I was overcharged for a drink. I bought 3 meals and she charged me separately for 1 full drink. When I asked her to please change that, she started arguing with me saying I took my tray away (my child went to get a table) and she didnt see it. Would never go back again and by looking at the emptiness of the place, not many people go there. No wonder, with that type of management! Sloppy, rude, and disgusting. Upper management really need to do a better training.

Who goes to the greasey goodness place of malls past and expects deep dish and great pizza?! NOT I. This is as greasey as it once was from malls past and it's a throw back that will stimulate your neo cortex's mall nostalgia from the past. Let yourself be soaked into the greasey cheese

These people want to charge 2.79 for small bottle of water. The food is already expensive for like 5$ from different sbarro restaurants. Come on people dont be so greedy. Give people small cup of water. Cashiers are not respectful either. Yes there is no Restroom even for their customers because they just to lazy to clean it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here spending your money.
