The place was great. Very clean. Wonderful staff. It was our first time at a hot pot type restaurant. Our waiter walked us through the process and made it a very enjoyable experience! We will definitely be back.

Always a good time, however, I was really surprised the food was not replenished in a timely fashion. People were coming away from the buffet with mounds of food. We reported twice that there was a lot of empty food trays and really could not make a meal with what was available. Took at least 30 minutes for them to replenish the trays.

We ended up going as a party of four. I think they changed the order limit for each transaction. It only allowed us to order 2 plate each time. It forced us to double work whenever we placed order. 2 transactions for us to get one plate each. Not sure why they changed. Although the waiter we had was very attentive and service was really good compared with my past visits.

Took the family out for my Wife's Birthday. Was the first time for any of us at a Hot Pot restaurant so there was a 10 - 15 minute learning curve. Our Son and DIL had watched the video prior to coming so they had a better initial understanding. Food was great as was the service (Both human and robotic). My Wife especially loved that the robots meowed. Definitely a great experience and we will be returning.

Spend your money elsewhere. only 4 kinds of sushis to choose from.., no nigiri even though its on their website. The "wagyu" slices are tooooo thin; can barely taste it. You get up to get your choices of veggies/noodles/sauces and was surprised that we were being timed. You have 90minutes to cook, chat and eat. So if you are going to eat there with family or friends, make sure not to talk to each other and just eat. Coz once u seat down and make ur selection of foods, your 90minutes starts.

The experience was well explained and enjoyable once we got started. The only thing that I have to say is that the crab legs weren't as good as expected. I would avoid them next time.

First time to a hot pot restaurant. I went with one of my siblings and my 3 kids, ages 7, 10 and 13. All 3 loved the food and concept. My 13 y/o was independently able to cook and eat his meal. My 7 and 10 y/o's just needed a little guidance. We each got a different broth so we could try them all. My kids loved the option to add the cheese "gummy bear" to the broth and it was actually pretty good. Great experience and the "robot" service was definitely a plus for the kids. We'll be back.

Food is good and all you can eat is easy to order on the iPad. Time has been reduced from 2 hours, so it can feel a little rushed when trying to have a relaxed dinner with several guests. Price has definitely gone up.

Go here more so for the experience, and it's also nice having your own personalized hot pot. The food is good but not the best hotpot I've had. The robot cat servers are very cute and always a joy to watch zip around. Main reason I go and always suggest to people to check it out if they get a chance.

My kids enjoyed the robot server! Staff are excellent! Can be a bit pricey but worth it with family. There's option for meat or hotpot..

Amazing experience. Ask the waiter for help but just be aware that there will be little interaction with them since the food is served by a robot. My waiter still made sure to check up on us and Dirty plates were removed constantly. Price= quality food and service here. Can't wait to bring other friends to share this unique experience. Thank you shabu You!

Great food, fresh with lots of selection. You make your own broth using different spices. Great service. My family had a great time. Kids friendly.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while now. I had made a reservation for my friend's birthday. However, I did arrive 10 minutes after my reservation that was a big mistake. It was early afternoon, and the place was already packed. The host was more than accommodating and put us on the list, all we had to do was wait in an additional 30 minutes and I'm glad we did. I do recommend that you make a reservation. They max the table at about two hours so use your time wisely. If you are new to hot pot, it can be a little confusing. Our server tried to do his best and explain how everything works but again, as I mentioned above this place gets pretty busy so he had his hands full. I met some cool people in the buffet line that explained how this particular hot pot will go. While sitting at the table you can purchase additional items outside of the hot pot menu you selected. My friend and I chose to go with the unlimited Wagyu and sushi. This is definitely a restaurant that you would go to on a special occasion. The whole WOW factor is the robot serving you. Just make sure you're sitting at your table and move fast because that robot is on a mission. With all that being said, I truly enjoy the experience. If I had to rate this restaurant, I would give it a 7 out of only because customer service was lacking that day due to the restaurant being very busy.

Accepts reservations always a plus! Medium size restaurant, nice selection at salad/ sauce bar, try a little of everything, i personally like chili oil mixed in the shabu sauce. The broths are so good definitely a restaurant worth trying, oh did I mention the robots brings your order to the table?
