When you need a mid-afternoon, caffeine pick me up, go past this Starbucks, where you wait in line for six minutes to get a room temperature coffee. If they're OK with serving unheated coffee, I'm OK with driving 20 feet past them and going to Dunkin' Donuts.

Feeling really betrayed by this Starbucks. Starbucks is always my one stop for a bathroom, healthy bite, and good coffee. This Starbucks has no bathroom. Let's not make this change at other Starbucks locations, okay? Thanks Starbucks.

I arrived approximately ten minutes before closing and an employee came out appearing to be locking the doors. I asked if they were closed and was ignored me. I presumed that I spoke too softly and repeated the question again, this time projecting my voice. Once again, he ignored me and proceeded back inside. While approaching the counter, the now visible name tag read, “James”. He says, “we’re actually closed inside for the night”. Perfectly fine, but he could have easily communicated that while we both were outside. I explained that I was traveling in a Penske vehicle and could not go through the drive thru, to which James replied after sighing deeply, “I guess I can ring you up”’. You guess?! I only patronized this location because I was desperate and feeling a bit unwell before my 15.5 hour road trip. I tried giving James the benefit of doubt, but after reading the sentiments of other reviewers, I realize that I was not being overly sensitive, James is unprofessional and undoubtedly rude.

If the app is accepting in-store pick up, make sure you’re open. Not sending customers to the drive thru and wait for their IN-STORE pick up order.

Employees are rude. They closed the door 15 min before the closing time. Didn’t let me in. Employees acted as if we didn’t matter. I don’t recommend this location. No parking area as well as no manners.
