Terrible workers, wouldn’t even make us our drinks even though it was 5:40 PM. If the owner is reading this, the closing staff was working on February 18th, 2024 and refused us service because they were too lazy to make the drinks.

Starbucks in Woodfield Mall of Schaumburg looks very contemporary, cool and trendy. Its ultra modern design and open floor plan, a fairly large dining area -- all are very attractive and already memorable. The dining experience in this Starbucks largely depends on what time of the day you visit: in the mornings it's moderately busy, in the afternoons and evenings it can take a long time to stand in line to the counter, and then stand and wait for the order to be ready, and afterwards try to find a seating place: it's not that easy. And even more: it is a winter holiday time, and Starbucks is packed! Well, it's surrounded by hundreds of shops in this fabulous mall, and thousands of shoppers walk around and also stop at Starbucks . All that creates a particular, full-of-energy ambiance, so to speak. My order of Cappuccino was ready quite soon, plus I also bought some pastries as a take out (total for three items with 12.0% tax came to $13.27). Service was courteous and friendly. Coffee was good, but not great, pastries were very good, tasty and were enjoyed later. It took me some time to find -- no, not even a table with chairs, that was all taken -- just a tall bar counter in the back of the restaurant, and drink coffee, standing. What can I say? I always liked Starbucks, they have variety of food choices, usually I enjoy their coffee and cold beverages. This time, it's difficult to say, that I was delighted with my experience. Pretty much because of that very busy-busy atmosphere, I'd say. But Thanks Starbucks, see you next time, but in the morning!

Worst Starbucks ever been. Was there over a year ago and had some bad experiences with drinks made messed up. No apologies. This time I thought we would try again. Staff are rude no greeting as always and one man appeared to be in charge also extremely rude and not admitting their mistakes not even know how to make basic drinks . This place should be shut down!

The guy at counter was a trainee with no experience.No supervisor was assisting him.A random person walks in asking to pay for her food and drink which was so strange and there was no one to report to.The cappuccino was not well done .I had to go to the center of mall to get a new cappuccino.No music too.Place looked dead

Had to repeat my order like 5 times and they still didn't make it how I askedBoth the drink we order were mest up and tasted to bitter.. I said no cold foam and they still added.. who ever was making drink mest up like 4 times making 1 drink was taking for ever she just kept tossing it in the trash.. way to slow

Ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade & LITERALLY only got 3 small pieces of dragon fruits. Asked the barista to charge me for more and with an attitude responded that he couldn’t because that had to be done beforehand. He and the other employee working there were talking to each other about their schedule the whole time & acted like they didn’t see us! Unprofessional and rude staff!!!
