They definitely prioritize drive-thru over in store service. Three people working and took 10 minutes to get our 2 drinks. Then they gave one of our drinks to another customer who ordered the same thing after us. Not much awareness to what they were doing or helping customers with their orders once ready for pickup as they also weren't announcing what drinks they were putting up.

Very nice staff, they’re always friendly and personable! Also very fast service!!! I stop here during morning rush hour and I am always pleasantly surprised by their speed and accuracy. Highly recommend this location!

This location has improved since the pandemic, but there are just a few things I would like to mention. It took about 10 minutes just for me to get my tall latte after I paid for it. There was no line, either. The lady was nice and apologized... but she blamed it on the drive thru. I think walk-in customers are just as important as the drive thru. The latte was OK but seemed like it needed more espresso. Again the lady and everyone else were very kind, etc. but I couldn't help but notice that they dress way too casual behind the counter. I know it's not the same as ten years ago or so, but -what happened? The store and restroom were very neat and clean, too.Thanks

The worst drive thru customer service ever. Waited in line for 35 mins, Bernie at drive thru did not get the order right and instead of apologizing she argued back. Also when asked for a courtesy free drink because of the half hour wait in line she declined saying that she can give her manger’s card and to talk to her later. The drink was watery and horrible as well. Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever, I will stick to Dunkin, atleast the people are way nicer there.

Very loud, potentially stress-inducing environment! I met with a notary this week to submit an I-9 form for a new job, and they had the music absolutely BLARING the entire time there. Combine this with the noise coming from the blenders, grinders, and other machines and terrible reverb thanks to the acoustics of the tiny location and I could barely hear myself think, let alone anything the notary said!If you want a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee and relax, avoid this location period!
