3/2024 3* Dropped in just for a gift card. Found it difficult to even get into the parking lot, etc. Very tiny parking lot. Staff was not so helpful. Out of most of the types of gift cards. Out of gift card sleeves. Not attentive. When leaving I noticed the overflowing garbage cans. It was only 6 PM tonight. Not exactly busy time. And there were 3 people working that I saw. Not sure why they can't take care of the garbage.Parking: Tiny parking lot
The Customer Service here at the Golf Road and American Way Starbucks was exceptional. The person taking my order was friendly, patient, helpful, and offered some great suggestions.This Starbucks, located near a very busy, slightly upper middle class to upscale nearby retail environment, we will always be consistently busy.This, Starbucks definitely needs some remodeling in terms of its tables and chairs, woodwork, and a few other elements.
