stay far away from this locaton !!! rude employees, will not add extra veggies without giving attitude even though thats subways slogan. and they always have stale bread. not sure why when they can bake fresh in house but bread is always hard. i stopped going here and now go to one up the street by jewel which is much better and kind

Normally I would not complainPeople are allowed to have a bad day once in a while.But it seems like this stingy selfish owner/manager whomever he was at this location, has a disposition for animosity almost.Talking to the two other younger employees in a foreign language most of the time when they are on the line making sandwiches. This came across as very rude, as opposed to service oriented, and not paying attention to customers.I had to wait several times for him to stop paying attention elsewhere and continue making the sandwich.I got a sinking feeling when he refused to put extra heavy spinach on my sandwich, as if it would break the bank.None of the tables had been wiped.I don't think the bathroom has ever been cleaned. This place is disgusting.Very apathetic atmosphere.The guy has a very bad attitude, as if the customer is there for him.Won't come here again. There are many other subway shops which will eagerly earn the customers respect and keep the place up properly.It is a shame that it is a beautiful shop well constructed and still new. Easy to clean, easy to welcome and appreciate customers.Based on my experience I would say that this entity does not deserve a franchise. It seems like a deep rooted attitude more than just having a bad day.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 6" tuna subs and when I got home and opened up to enjoy my tuna sub, there was an overabundance of lettuce and mayo. Had a hard time finding any tuna. Drove back to get a refund and the employee refused the refund and didn't suggest a remake. I left with sandwiches I can not eat and out the money. In these trying times ever nickel counts. Will never go back to this location.

Very garbage service. The person who was making sandwitch was so rude she did not put any sause on our sandwitch like we ask for her heart.We bought 2 footlong sandwitch and ate it without sause.So garbage experience.Do not go to this store if u want good service and respect.Eventhough i send text message to owner, owner did not took any kind of action.Very bad experience.

My husband went today to get subway, we got there at 8:40, and while my husband was ordering the woman working told my husband that they close at 9. Unnecessary. Then, he asked her how much the veggie patty was as he couldn’t find it on the menu probably because he was feeling rushed, and she said, “I don’t memorize how much each sandwich costs”. Rude. She also snickered something under her breath after he told her the toppings he wanted. My husband is a super easy going person and is so nice, and this lady was beyond disrespectful for no reason. I get it, you want to go home, but don’t be disrespectful.

Been coming here the better part of a decade since I'm right across the street. Love this place. Owners are real nice, always make my sandwich perfectly, and they'll even throw me some free cookies sometimes! Rad place. Would recommend this subway for sure.

Nice owners. We come here after baseball and soccer games and they remember us and often give us free cookies which is very nice
The staff is friendly at this Subway, I’ve came in already three times and all three times the bread has been burnt that is why I’m giving 2 stars
The veggies are wilted and look old, the chicken tasted off. Would not recommend this location.
I used the order pickup at this store. I think the food here is great and the pickup convenient.
