I randomly stopped in here today to get some cupcakes for a friends birthday. I got a mix bag of pink champagne, vanilla, chocolate, earl grey, Oreo, and red velvet. All of them were delicious! The earl grey and pink champagne stood out as my two favorites and my friend favored the chocolate and red velvet (and that’s why I got 6 flavors)! The service was great. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he was eager to whip up whatever cupcakes I wanted since they had pretty much sold out by 2pm. They had lots of cute cookies and items to choose from in the window. I will def be going back here. They also offer cupcake decorating parties which seems like such a fun birthday party idea! I will likely try that for me & some friends at some point. Great local find

Have to give them one star but if I had choice wouldn’t even give that. Horrible cake they changed me 70 dollars and had to throw the whole cake out. The cake was stale , tasted like it was made from so many days and given to me. I asked for vanilla frosting and was give chocolate on top they didn’t even cared to take care of me and hung the phone . Well if you guys( sweet occasions) are reading this will soon hear from my bank ?

Don't go to this place I explained to the agent how I want my cake made she said no problem when I pick up the cake it was like a dough they refused to do anything about it and hang up ... don't go there

I ordered a custom 'fury creature' cake fromSweet Occasions Cake Studio for my son’s first birthday (cake smash) and I was very impressed with the result. The cake was beautifully decorated. It was also delicious and moist, and everyone loved it. The bakeshop was very easy to work with and the cake was available to pick up on time. They were very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions and requests. I highly recommend Sweet Occasions Cake Studio for anyone looking for a great custom cake. Was looks for a bakery close to my house to get my dad's retirement cake made. They did a fantastic job with the photo transfer and icing! Cake was super moist and frosting was good and dense (how my family likes it)! They also sell individual treats as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience with a cake order I placed for my first-born's 1st birthday celebration. I specifically provided pictures and a detailed description to avoid any confusion. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I found that it was different from what I had requested. Although the colors were correct, the cake itself was not what I had ordered. When I discussed this issue with the staff member who handed me the order, I expressed my disappointment and politely asked for a resolution. Unfortunately, the staff member simply apologized and hastily dismissed my concerns, suggesting that I had come at the last minute. In reality, I had given them more than 24 hours to prepare, I also had another options I could’ve go to What surprised me the staff member went inside left me at the register while I was taking to him!!!!. This lack of customer service was truly disheartening. Additionally, the taste of the cake was terrible, and even the kids at the party refused to eat it. I ended up having to throw it away. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this place based on their poor customer service and disappointing product.Edited:The guy told me the manager will reach out to you, and sure thing no one did. Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered a custom cake here for my graduation party. Cindy always answered my emails promptly and the price was unbeatable. She was able to accommodate all of my requests for the cake. I picked up the cake on the date I requested without any hassle, and the employees at the shop were very professional and helpful. The cake was a hit at the party -- not only did it look amazing, but the guests thought it tasted delicious as well. Highly recommend!

I ordered firetruck cookies for my son's 4th birthday party and they turned out so cute. I ordered them less than a week before the party and they were able to accommodate the order with ease. They had different "levels" of design you could customize to include the childs name, age, etc. The cookies were so cute but also DELICIOUS. We loved them and will order again for sure!

Overall very pleased with the cake and the decorations. The only reason I'm docking a star is because the bottom layer of cake (I ordered a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream) is clearly burnt. The top layer of cake was perfection and tasted incredible when paired with the sweet buttercream but the bottom cake was much more dry and less flavorful due to the over cooking. This is our second time ordering a cake from Sweet Occasions and I'm sure we'll be back to order more but I ask that you be slightly more mindful of your cake layers and use better judgement when deciding if it should be included.
