I ordered the matcha donut and the dalgona matcha bubble tea. The donut was very fresh and quite tasty! The bubble tea, however, was not as good as other drinks I've had. The matcha tea tasted mostly like milk with barely any matcha flavor or sweetness.

Have been to their location in Chinatown a few times and have always enjoyed their dalgona coffee. I was excited to have it again and stopped in Schaumburg unfortunately the drink was far from okay. It tasted like straight gallon milk. No coffee flavor or the slightest bit of sweetness. Boba was awful too. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and money since the drinks are definitely on the pricier end.

We came here because this place is trending. But overall, it was just okay. Nothing special. The bao buns were overpriced in my opinion. The taste was okay, nothing special. The boba was decent but I've had better boba. It was just average. I've had better tasting boba.

Very yummy, and good presentation. The mochi donuts were very good. Drinks were solid but kinda expensive for how much you get. Also both our tummies were upset afterwords…maybe too much heavy cream in the drinks?

I absolutely love this place! Not only are the drinks fantastic but the cafe is super cute with lots of enjoyable decor. It's also central to a lot of shopping and restaurants in Schaumburg.To order - they have kiosks, where you can create a drink to your liking. They have so many options for boba (and not), including matcha, different teas, smoothies, coffee and many others. They also sell desserts including mochi donuts - which are heavenly, and cheesecake. This time around, I tried the matcha dragona coffee drink with boba - holy caffeine and flavor, it was SOOOO good. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. My hubs got the sunrise which is a mango/strawberry smoothie. Also - quite delicious.The stafff were very helpful and the overall environment was quite enjoyable. I love this place and try to stop by whenever I am in the area.

The food and the service was great! It was really hard to see the screens on the terminals, maybe if they were in a different location or orientated away from the windows it would be easier.

i have an addiction to this place. i get the volcano latte, hot, every time i go. its always the same and its always perfect. the only thing is that they frequently run out of the ingredients for the oreo coffee smoothie, which is expected since its probably their most popular drink. always call ahead for that one Parking: about 6 spots that are close, and its all parallel parking. the street is one way, with a few sections to park the whole way around. theres also a parking lot around the other side which always has available spots
Jermaine and Kimmy were amazing in helping decide what drink to get. I ended up getting a strawberry lemonade and strawberry milk with white moustache 10/10. The mochi donuts were amazing I regret not getting the box. Overall service was as a 10/10. Will be a returning customer.

I was very disappointed in my experience here due to the staff. I ordered at the kiosk and was not informed there was no boba so my drink did not have it. Our orders were incorrect and we tried to get it fixed and was given attitude by the employees instead. Overall, the drinks were actually good but I would not return due to poor customer service.
