Will was our server. He was wonderful. He treated our 7 year old like a person not a little child. He was so attentive and polite. Definitely go here and if you have the chance, ask for Will.Parking: No problem at all parking, even though it was busyKid-friendliness: Well suited for children. Staff is especially attentive and understanding when it comes to children.
The service was terrible. When I came in with my two kids at 11 the lady at the bar named dawn kept telling me it's last call at 1130, basically harassing us about last call being 30 mins later. Then she didn't even give us menus, she asked a non worker to give my family our menus. Then proceeded to talk about us to a customer at the bar about having my kids out so late, that I couldn't care about my kids. So when I confronted her about it she was denying it calling me a liar then she pacing back and forth at the bar I kept trying to ask her name she kept saying her name was Marie but the receipt say dawn Then when I asked for a manager she brings out a fake manager claiming he was a general manager but didn't have a name tag and was mopping the floor when we came in. He didn't even say much but that he will have a talk with the manager which don't make sense. I was so upset and irritated I took my food to go and it was terrible. The pasta they serve is nasty as hell.New! More ways to react

Came in during the posted hours of operation, but when we walked in, no one greeted us so we sat ourselves. And the active bartender nor any other employees didnt interact with us or even inform us of the kitchen/dining room being closed, just completely iced out and eventually after 10mins we left and gave money to another restaurant more deserving of our patronage.

Today was the worst experience here from the food to the server and Manager!!! I always get the sizzling and chicken dinner cheese was sizzling burnt, chicken was gummy and menu changed and instead of getting an understanding w the manager he was not giving customer service! Overall experience was not okay!

Took so long to seat us and server to come to the table we didn't get happy hour. We got chips salsa 16 chips and a small salsa. The chips were hard. The mozzarella sticks were hot gooey we decided to not to order food because service and apps and drinks a nightmare.

Had not been to a Friday's in years rememberd it a a fun vibrant place with great food and a great menu. The menu has been cut back I loved Friday's nachos sad to no longer see it on the menu. Felt like I was eating in a cafeteria.?
I am from out of town and hoped to get a decent salad. Unfortunatly not the case. The salad was so so and they did not give me any dressing . The service for picknup was poor as

Our server was Nick, he was wonderful! He had a full area and was still very attentive, it seemed like some people were giving him a hard time because he is a bit older but he was AMAZING. I’ve been here a few other times and our servers were younger and we had very bad experiences so this was my first time back in a few years.
