We are from Los Angeles and came to Chicago for an event at the Hyatt, we were skeptical about having Mexican food in Chicago but to our surprise this restaurant is FANTASTIC!!! John our server was AWESOME and so NICE! We had the Enchiladas they were DELICIOUS and the Blood Orange Margaritas are sooooo GOOD! Beautiful Restaurant, Great Service, Great Food! Highly highly recommend!

We order take out at least twice a month. These orders are $200 plus as we order the fajita for four meals and some appetizers. When you eat there they are short staffed and service has gone downhill. This is why we switched to carry out. Every time the order is wrong and we let it go. Tonight we ordered extra queso and they actually argued with us about an extra bag of chips. $220 with an extra order of queso and they want to argue over a bag of chips that should have been included. Insane. Then the hostess actually called to continue arguing with me after I left. Poor quality and poor service. Save your money.
Uncle Julios is an outstanding fresh authentic Mexican Restaurant and service with a smile we've visited on 3 separate occasions and it's always the same great service Arthur was a delight very knowledgeable and service with a smile. The Manager Marcelo is so professional and makes sure he talks to every guest that comes in the establishment and it made us feel special when he recognized us from our last visit. Arthur keep your smile and friendly demeanor it makes the experience that much better. Marcelo keep up the good work see you soon kudos to team Schaumburg.
