We brought our friend Jim here for his 70th birthday as a treat. We get to Weber Grill, maybe three times a year.We got there early to have some martinis in the bar. The bartender was great friendly. We each had a martini paid our tab and went to our table at the time of our reservation.We got the booth we requested. The server was nice, but did not make the experience memorable. If you know what I mean, he did the basics and nothing more.Waiting was the word of the evening! We brought our drinks from the bar thank goodness we saw Jeff our waiter about every 20 minutes after we ordered which we waited 20 minutes. We got wine glasses but no wine. We waited 20 minutes. We finally got bread again 20 minutes after the wine we also ordered deviled eggs as an appetizer which people rave about I found OK but not over the top. Our friend ordered the steak and fries. Someone stopped by the table to tell us that they were out of it at 6: 45 on a weekday a Wednesday then someone came back about 10 minutes later to let me know that the barbecue brisket was not available anymore. So I had the chicken.Again, the service was adequate, but nothing above and beyond the food was flavorful, but the plating left something to be desired. I don’t know if it was worth the $90 per person that we spent on dinner. It will make me think again before going back to Webber Grill.

Our experience with the Weber grill exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including ribs, pork chops, and meatloaf, all of which were delicious and generously portioned. Joshua provided exceptional service, especially in accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions. He went above and beyond by double-checking with the chefs to ensure her dish was prepared properly. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning next time we're in town.
