The food is great, albeit it a bit more expensive than I'd prefer for the amount you get. The staff is decent. Nothing extraordinary, but they get the job done, though sometimes slowly. The biggest issue is the hours. They are always closing early. The hours are listed until 9 and multiple times I've gone there between 8-8:30 and they're closed. Unprofessional at the very least.

I will never go to this location again. Repeatedly had bad experiences. I most recently ordered from Grubhub and didn't realize it was from this location until it was too late...my bad! My order was missing my sandwich and my bf's sandwich was so gross. Ordered "EZ mayo" but got extra and there is no phone number to call and complain. Avoid this location at all costs!!

The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, that is the only thing this location has going for it. Reasons to avoid this location: 1) it doesn't participate in the Which Wich rewards program (huh?); 2) the receipt printer is “down†so you can only get a receipt by email; 3) the beverage dispenser is also “down,†unless you don't mind your soda without carbonation.

Never ever had this pathetic service ever before. The closing time is 9 and we went there around 8:35 the doors were locked and we tried to call them and they didnt up our call, we tried to knock on the door and they saw us standing and knocking but they didnt response back and ignored us even after they saw us. Would never recommend going to this place.

I had never been to a Which Wich before but I think it's officially my favorite sandwich/sub place. The wait is slightly longer than other sub places but they have options nobody else has (like gyro meat, pulled pork fresh eggs, etc) and everything is much fresher.

The first time we went there the food was exceptional I cannot take that away from them the second time we went there the food was so salty I couldn't taste nothing but the salt I brought my sandwich up to the front desk . They replaced it with no questions asked it happened to be the turkey Thanksgiving day sandwich the second sandwich they made for me in replace of the first the stuffing What is basic stuffing just add water and they didn't even mix of properly and it tasted like I was eating a crouton sandwich half the stuff he was dry like croutons the other half was wet I was extremely disappointed and that $30 for two people for sandwiches I haven't been back since super disappointing considering the first experience I had there was wonderful sadly I'm not willing to take that gamble for $30 for two sandwiches I can eat subways for $17 for two sandwiches and have no expectations of it being more than average but at least I won't be let down

Went in person to put in our catering order a day in advance. Went to pick it up and they hadn't made anything, the employee didn't even know where to find the order. The manager was called and just had the single employee have to hurry up and try to put together a full catering order. What we did recieve was very poorly made, missing ingredients and just a total mess! Even the employee that took the order the day before didn't know how to take a catering order. Whoever is the manager needs to actually staff and train their employees! What terrible customer service! Almost every time I've visited this location they mess something up. Be warned!

Ive always loved which wich, hands down favorite sandwich place. This location is terrible. They have never gotten my sandwich order right. They give me the wrong size sandwich and never put on all the ingredients. I wouldnt be mad if those things didnt cost extra. My order that just arrived from grub hub was both the wrong size sandwich, forgot bacon which I paid extra for. They marked the bag with what I ordered and didnt make it that way. How hard is it to read a bag that they wrote on.

Please check your order even after you put it on paper. For the vegetarian people like me who do not eat meat, check your order before eating.

My supervisor went in to order a lunch for our special teachers lunch and when she went to pick it up they knew nothing about it. They had to recreate and sloppily threw our order together. Everything was a mess and missing all kinds of things from our orders. I would never in my lifetime ever suggest going there again. I once went there with my son and employees were just standing around doing nothing. We were the only ones there. Not very professional. Think first before ordering there.
