Ordered their berry bliss pancakes. Upon reaching home discovered they didn’t add the berry filling. When we called the store the manager said next time pay $1-$2 if you want the filling. So we paid $18 for what? Really bad food and customer service. Also make sure you clarify in the menu that if we want the filling with those pancakes that is suppose to have the filling we have to pay additional. What a ripoff.

First time at this location and it did not dissapoint! As usual, the place was buzzin, service was on point, and the food was exceptional! Always recommend a stop at WildBerry if you get the chance, and be sure to get on the waitlist in advance! My wife HIGHLY recommends the wildberry salad! Will drive 2 hours just for the salad!!!?

Went for breakfast with 15 people on Wednesday. It was 45 mins wait.finally got placed in an extended room. The girl was forgetting the orders.tea was served with an empty kettle, which she fixed with an excuse .later, one of the members got breakfast, but later, she mentioned she was still waiting for pancakes. The girl said, "hmmnn that's weird," with a look that she doesn't trust. I do prefer excellent service for breakfasts.

Everything we've tried here is amazing, especially their wildberry Reuben (season special), skillets, French toast and our kids love the triple berry bliss mascapone pancakes with sausage links! The espresso smoothies are a must try too!Service is always top notch, usually very busy and crowded but worth the wait!Meals are a bit pricey but worth every penny!Parking: There's a decent sized parking lot but fills up quickly depending on how busy they are. However there's additional parking within the stripKid-friendliness: Booster seats and high chairsPlenty of options for kids meals that they will devour!

The best breakfast I have ever had!!!My job caters from Wildberry all the time, I am a superfan. However, I had never actually eaten at the restaurants During spring break my husband suggested we stop by, say less. From being put on the check-in list via yelp to the service to the food. Everything was outstanding. It was a very busy Monday morning to our surprise. Checked in via yelp, when we arrived we still had maybe 15-20 minutes of a wait still but it went by quickly. Loved the huge booth, we were able to spread out. My husband and son always orders pancakes, they were happy. I have been wanting to try chilaquiles for the longest and to my surprise it was featured on the menu. Everything I had put in my mouth was FABULOUS! My meal came with toast and wildberry jam! Which made me so very happy. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. My family loves breakfast, we go out to breakfast 1-2 weekends a month. If Wildberry wasn't so far from us, we would definitely become regulars.

Waiter Alejandro was fantasticHost was amazingFood was great! The one star is because 15 minutes after we paid one of the owners of the establishment came to our table and asked if we needed anything else once we said we were good right now and thank you he proceeded to tell us that our table has a time limit and then walked away.Crazy, considering we just paid our bill and had only just stopped eating we are also having a working breakfast ??‍♀️Maybe the owner should leave customer service to people who are good at it?

It was a long wait but we planned ahead and joined the wait list while driving (we had to drive an hour and a half to get to the closest location) but it was worth it! Staff was friendly and the food was fantastic! Atmosphere was clean. They were fast when we got to our table. So many options!Dietary restrictions: We can't have certain spices due to my Crohn's disease and other health restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Obviously we have a child under 12

The food was excellent and service was amazing. The only issue was the wait time, so if you don't want to wait plan in advance or get added to the waitlist early.
