The food itself is not bad. However, the older lady that takes your order does have a major attitude and makes you feel rushed. Also the food is very expensive. If you get 2 meat with your rice or noodle you're looking at 15 to 20 dollars easy without even ordering a drink.

Believe the 2.2 star reviews and runnnn bc this ish is nasty and not even worthy of half a star. The absolute worst "chinese" food ever. Since we'd never eaten here before, we asked to sample the bourbon chicken. Samples are not allowed here to my surprise bc every similar establishment in a food court has always done so. The lady we asked also had an attitude ab her. She wasn't even the worst part of the experience. The food was horrid. We ordered bourbon chicken and fried rice, and grabbed some of the hot sauce packets. Tell me if you've ever seen brown hot sauce in your life? The bourbon chicken was gross and fried rice was absolutely tasteless. Goes to show why they don't give samples bc it's the only way they'd make money. Had I had a sample prior, I'd never order any food here. It was so gross, I threw up when I left the mall. Do yourself a favor and go downstairs to China Wok where they actually allow samples and have friendly service. Their food is way better than this place.

Horrible … legit worst food I ever had lol please don’t waste your money. Rude lady behind the counter makes it even worse. The plastic fork doesn’t even work on this overly deep fried dry as the dessert food.

Literally don't waste your money here. The food was so overpriced I payed $27 for two plates, the portions weren't anything grand either. Food was greasy, the chicken teriyaki looked strange, and it was way too rubbery. The worst part of this restaurant is the Mexican lady working. She was so rude. The whole time while I ordered she was gossiping with her coworker. Additionally when I went up to get a straw for the drink that I PAID FOR FROM THERE she gave me the biggest bitch face. No wonder they barely had any customers.

Lady at the register "Maria" was so rude!!I had been here before for food and did notice the lady was a bit rude to one of the costumers in line but she was fine with me that time. Today though I can tell she was already annoyed with the guy in front of me because he had to run and get his wallet. She left his food to the side and took my order.We were good until I asked for hot sauce,the mall is loud so when I asked she continued on putting my stuff in a bag so I assumed she did not hear me. When she was done I asked again can a please have a few hot sauce packets. She nodded her head and said I heard you the first time. I apologized and said I wasn't sure so that's the only reason I asked again and again she said very rudely "I heard you the first time". The food is okay but service is absolutely terrible.

I thought this place was the bottom of the barrel for fast Chinese food after having a meal here. This place makes Panda Express looks good. Quality- the noodles were very oily. Each bite of noodle was dripping oil. The noodle was over cooked and I couldn't really taste much besides oil. The meat was really chewy. It took a while to chew through it. Quantity- you get a lot less for the amount you pay compared to panda and other similar places. This was 12 bucks. The quality is also inferior. Atmosphere- the tables are dirty. I had to wipe it down before eating. Service- no comment here. Just check out with food and eat. Nothing special
