Good luck to anyone going here with a wheelchair. There is one elevator in this mall. The ramps are so steep they are absolutely impossible. Stores are way too small. There aren't automatic doors or even those button things to open doors. I can't even believe this place is legal.

This is a good mall to hang, eat, and window shop. You won't find too many high end clothing brands here. You'll have to look at the Fashion Outlet in Rosemont. This one has a lot of casual clothing and of course teenage brands. Parking is always a nightmare on the weekends, you'll have to park far away from the entrance then walk over. Food court has a good amount of selection as well as restaurants nearby. Layout can be confusing, ramps going in all directions. Seating can be a hit or miss when you're walking around. Too many tweens and teens would rather sit in the chair, staring at their phones for hours vs living in reality.

Haven't been here since 1985. A lot has changed from what I remember. I believe now they have five anchor stores, and noticed that a lot of the smaller stores were home-based in Japan. Since this was a Saturday afternoon, it was very crowded by 1:00 PM. By area, this is the second largest mall in the United States (behind Mall of America). I wasn't really impressed, but it was a nice place to see again. One thing I was very disappointing was the cleanliness of the rest rooms. From what I saw, in the stalls and around the urinals, there was a lot of toilet paper and other refuse strewn about the floor. It didn't look like any custodians had seen this place or attempted to clean it in days. Some of the stalls weren't even usable. I noticed urine on the seats and somebody didn't flush in another. Disgusting! Management needs to crack down on cleanliness.

Beautiful place, free parking, clean washrooms ( just need an attendant every 2hrs, because no tissue) plenty of stores ( check their website) plenty places to eat , go early if you would like a close park , staff was friendly in many stores. I would have gave a five star rating, the washroom ( I check on all washrooms and every one was the same, no tissue), made it 4 stars, still not bad .

one of my favorite malls to shop. There's a lot of stores. Also if you get hungry there's a lot of restaurants near by. I highly recommended.

This is the first time ever to come here that are at this mall that I actually coming from in New York to visit on Chicago especially that unbelievable this one have all of it from Beauty and great and everything on it especially that well for singers of man woman teenagers and kids especially that are some name brands that you never heard about it because their familiar European and the Middle East and especially Asia so to everyone that is this is your first time ever well, I'm in everyone is for all of you that have fun been married to Citizens different people different voices different language and include Latino citizens that means you and others and to everyone especially something new

Wow. This is the best mall I've ever been to. Huge variety of stores and the labyrinth design makes it so easy to go wherever you want. Great job to the architecture team for designing such a cool user friendly shopping experience. I'm, and they are getting a Primark!!!

Update 2023 I stopped in for a short time because I needed to grab something to eat and also get a new pair of shoes and I was in and out super quick and it's nice to see the people are getting back to shopping so with plenty of places to eat and plenty of places to shop it seems like this is my go to mall these days and I still like to go to malls because I think we all remember when we were teenagers in high school just hanging out at the mall and also I think it's super important to keep all our local retailers in business so stop by the mall because I definitely saw plenty of sales and saving money is always good❤?

Great mall for kids. There are multiple kid focused amenities, including an indoor playground, a Peppa Pig play place and a little train. Nice food court options. Good stores. Just a great place all around!

A great mall with some amazing stores. You will find a variety of diverse stores. You will find your luxury brand stores here. You will find collectables stores here and clothing stores. We really liked the variety of diverse restaurants here. You can find a boba tea place here and a variety of different foods here. Garrets Popcorn has a line and this was our go-to spot for Garrets Popcorn. Totally worth the wait! The layout of the mall is very easy to walk through but there are not many escalators. The elevators were not working (2023) memorial weekend when we were here. Bathrooms were in good condition. Not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest as well. Trash bins are easily accessible and easy to find. There is seating around the main areas but not so much around other areas. Parking is very easy to find. When it's busy, it's busy. You're better off parking away from the front entrances as we saw someone driving around from the moment we got into the parking lot and from the time we found a spot and walked towards the mall. Overall, a great mall and would HIGHLY recommend coming here to find stuff you want.
