Hidden gem on Irving Park Avenue in Schiller Park. I started with a bowl of the Cream of Broccoli soup and my guest had chicken noodle soup. Both were very good. I had the liver and onion dinner with mashed potatoes. My guest had the pork, with stuffing and mashed potatoes with gravy. Both dinners included dessert.

A time warp into the early 60’s. Extremely good food, clean and friendly atmosphere. There are fewer and fewer of the authentic vintage greasy spoon places left, and this one is a gem.Try the Skirt Steak and Eggs for breakfast, it’ll blow your mind.
