INCOMPETENT! I hate that this is the closest Bacci to my job so when I order on Uber eats this is where my order is being placed. the food is fine but it's the workers who either can't read, or refuse to follow instructions that really makes me mad. then when I called to let them know, Kelly, who said she was an assistant manager acts as if it's nothing. Re train your staff, teach them to follow instructions and my God, act like you all care! I don't care if it's as simple as me wanting my pizza cut in half.

Man where can I start, on my 30min break I stop in to grab a slice since I haven't been here in years. Got a jumbo slide that cost a whopping $9+, inflation sure hit hard and quality went down. Ice cold slides at noon they threw it on the oven to bring back to life. Taste was horrible not sure what cheese they used but all I tasted was the cardboard bread. Fries were not cook all the way and had no salt. I was for salt and there were none he had to give me the one they used in the kitchen. I mean not sure what happen but yall giving up or something.

Pizza was good, the attitude of the lady behind the counter was very sub-par and hostile. Also the place is falling apart and is not clean what so ever. I’d recommend take out if you choose to dine here. Lastly, she decided to come out and verbally attack us as we were leaving. Needless to say none of us will ever come here again. Shame.

I came here for a SIMPLE hot dog and fries... twenty minutes after I ordered they had JUST dropped my fries in that dirty ass grease. The place is filthy the service is comparable to that of my left ass cheek and the prices are outrageous for what you receive. The ceilings are rotting and going to probably collapse onto someone's food sometime in the near future. The walls are peeling layer by layer, there is dust everywhere... I could go on. I am disgusted. I wish I could get my money, time, and calories back. Ps. I wrote this WHILE WAITING FOR MY FOOD. As I type I still have no food. I wish I could've gave it zero stars
