I used to come here all the time for years and today I came in just asking them for a lil cup of ice and the employee told me it was 3 dollars for just ice I was like ok ill pay it but then he yelled at me to get out the store I felt so bad I was a loyal customer to this spot here but im never coming back to this location... very rude employee... please can we get some employees here that can speak English

Place would not accept a coupon. Guy was rude as hell. Will not be going back to this place. There sandwiches aren't that great anyway.
I asked for a rotisserie chicken wrap with no lettuce and no peppers. He put in banana peppers and would not make me a new sandwich. Then he opened up the sandwich, pulled out the banana peppers, added lettuce and tossed the bag at me. I Will NEVERgo here again!!!!!Also, he put six spinach leaves on my daughters vegetarian sandwich. Yes, only six, no meat so that is the only protein. He put onion in hers even after she said she was allergic. A real creep and a cheapskate! Iwouldnt be surprised if these are the kind of people who drop something on the floor and then reuse it to save money.

Lazy staff and shortchanged order. I had surgery and chose curbside on the app. The manager got angry and told me to never order curbside again. He didn't care that I was using a cane and was partially immobile. I even included a $2.00 on the app when placing the order :( They put the wrong cheese and didn't add any extra veggies that were ordered. I'm done with this location.

I came at this Subway location with a coupon and noticed they didnt have any signs that said coupons weren't allowed so when I went to pay the women who was cashing me out told me in a very smug and condescending manner that coupons are not allowed, I told her I would buy it however for future reference she should put up a sign so this doesnt happen to another customer, she walked away with an attitude and said "okay yup next time" the gentlemen behind whom I assume was the store manager informed me that all Chicago land subways are no longer accepting coupons.

Extremely rude loud mouthed Indian Gujarati lady who was screaming her lungs out when my son politely mentioned there was no soap in the one and only restroom they have. She started yelling at my son that she apparently filled the dispenser this morning but customers have already used it up in a day.. But when you see here, there’s no empty soap even in the restroom.. I’m not sure how hygienic these folks are who are handling food without using soap and with barehands… I would totally avoid this place.. Disgusting
