The store was out of a lot of ingredients. Their soda machine did not work. They only had 3 or 4 cold drinks in a cooler that were only slightly chilled. This shop looks like it's ready to go out of business.

oddly enough this is the best subway I've been to in the 618 area. Never packed due to location, staff is almost alway nice, and food is, well, subway. Not a huge fan of subway, but if I go, I choose this location

I just ordered a Cold Cut Combo through Doordash and I received a Veggie combo. The sandwhich had everything I ordered except for the meat. I'm sure this was an honest mistake and I received a vegetarians sandwhich but I am irrate. The vegetarian who received my sandwhich is probably equally as mad. I want a full refund Subway. This place gets zero stars for being unorganized. Also, the jalapeños on this sandwhich looked expired.(I dont eat jalapeños and did not order those but they were on this samdwhich)

The staff do not follow standard subway preparation guidelines. They put minimal vegetables on the sandwich and skimp on meat. I ordered a footlong turkey breast and was only given 5 slices of meat, when it should have been 8.
Not only did I have to downgrade to a 6inch tuna because staff told me they ran out of tuna FOR THE DAY but they burnt the sandwich and then put out more tuna on my way out.

Honestly? You get what you pay for, if not more. Subway is pretty underrated here as far as I know.
