“This place, Sushi Tatsu, not only makes the best sushi I've ever had, but is probably my favorite restaurant anywhere in the world -- and I've tried sushi in Tokyo. Even my friends who vehemently hate sushi like this place. An absolute MUST TRY place if you're in town.“

“Being from Chicago and being told this was good pizza, I was told right. Excellent thin crust. Chicagoans don't eat "Chicago style pizza", tourists do. We eat round, thin crust pizza cut into squares, and this was better than many pizzas in Chicago. Will definitely be back.“

“I had never been to this restaurant before or even a thai restaurant. The service was great and when I asked the waiter for his recommendation, he suggested the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) and OMG that was so delicious and I received enough food that I had enough leftovers for the next day. I will definitely be back.“

“Simply the best Gyro I’ve ever had. We live about 30 minutes away now but anytime the family can get to a Fairview Heights, not on Sunday, we go to a Lilly’s without question. Homemade and fresh is the best way to describe the lunch special. Always piping hot and messy in the best way. The owners are always there and are the sweetest! They take so much pride in keeping the quality top notch and the service incredible. Don’t let the appearance of this one time Taco Bell fool you. You will not be disappointed!!“

“this is hands down the best bakery. there are others in the surrounding area that are amazing as well however they are second to Kruta for airy, light, taste and selection. I'm not sure what else I can ask out of a bakery... maybe a buttered bagel or roll for breakfast“

“A totally new kind of breakfast experience! While you can still get standard breakfast fare and other daily meals, you need to allow your palate to explore the different kind of meals being served up by this restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the “strip mall” look from the outside. Do yourself a favor and take a chance on a new and exciting cuisine that you will thank yourself for looking into.“

“We somehow were accidentally bumped off of the waiting list, so I was glad that I checked in with the hostess to see why it was taking so long to be seated. We then felt a bit rushed to finish since they were starting to clean up before we were done. Get there a little earlier -and stay on the wait list- and there shouldn't be a problem. Our waiter was friendly, there was an excellent selection of tap beers and unique pizza toppings that were all delicious. Parking was crowded. We'd definitely eat there again.“

“Stopped into Wood bakery for the first time yesterday (after having a few of their treats from our local Farmer’s market store) and WOW!! Their donuts are absolutely incredible. We arrived shortly after the glazed donuts were done cooking so they were fresh. My husband also really enjoyed the devil’s food donut. I also got a slice of cheesecake to try that was great. The two women working were so kind and helpful when making recommendations. Highly recommend!“

“My favorite local Mexican! And it's not like there are no options. This place is simple. You order at a bar similar to Qdoba or chipotle. I love their bowls and tacos best. But I've never had a bad meal here. It's always clean and there is plenty of dining space. If they have a weakness is in their hot sauces. They don't have anything that really hits the spot for me. But the queso is good and their chicken nachos are excellent! Give it a spin. I think you'll be happy.“

“The food is always top notch and you couldn’t ask for better service. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. If you want to watch the game you can catch it on one of the TVs. I really liked that I could check the score without having to talk over the tv. It was quiet enough you could hold a conversation. Always my GOTO for sushi!“

“Outstanding and we are looking forward to our next visit. What a pleasant surprise and I’m kicking myself for not trying Mungo’s sooner. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for and if you’re looking for bar food keep walking down the street, this isn’t your place.“

“1st time here, I must admit, my standards are picky, coming from a town that has a 60% Hispanic population, I've had some authentic Mexican food. I was very surprised here, atmosphere is good, not overpowering or "Americanised", prices are very reasonable, and the menu has a good selection! What I don't understand is why everyone in this area uses flower tortillas for taco's instead of corn? And if you do ask for corn, you pay more and it's a "street" taco? Anyway, I ordered the Chori Pollo , big plate of food! Flavor is spot on! Could have used a bit less of the cheese sauce, but it is excellent! Service is great and the man who was possibly the manager, seems genuinely concerned about your experience! I'll definitely be back to try other items on the menu!“

“Mother’s Day lunch with my sons. It’s a cozy bar and grill in the downtown area. Plenty of seating, and the boys loved having multiple tv’s to watch the games. Our waitress was friendly, accommodating and kept our drinks filled. The menu had a lot of unique options. I opted for the pulled pork horseshoe, made with a local barbecue sauce..it was superb. For two appetizers and four meals, sodas and one beer we spent around $80. Fair price.“

“I visited Shooters for the first time and was surprised by the amazing food. The portions are huge, so bring an appetite or order less. The waitress was great and saw to it that myself and my 17 friends were taken care of without ever messing up any orders! The whole group talked about the great-tasting food throughout the next day. It was quite memorable.“
“We were so happy when Peel opened a O Fallon Illinois location! We enjoy the variety of beer and cocktails that are offered. The wings were the right amount of heat! Love the new hot honey pepperoni pizza! We always order the Prosciutto Involtini appetizer, it is a must, not to mention the three dipping sauces which are included!“

“Went out for dinner around 7:30. Pretty busy on a Thursday night. Sat down at bar immediately by myself. Got chips and salsa and a drink fairly quickly. After that it took about 15 minutes for someone to come around again ( after I got their attention) to ask me for my food order / another drink. I got another drink and some more chips and waited for food, I got the steak tacos. They came out wrapped in tin foil? No cilantro and no onion. Kinda weird. So I had to ask for that and some limes as well. Rice and beans plate was piping hot. Anyways. Good meal food tasted really well just odd service at that time. Would recommend still.“

“We used the private upstairs room to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday party last night. What a great experience! The food was excellent and available exactly when we requested. Geneva helped us before and during the event - she was a wonderful hostess! Everyone had enough space to mingle, eat, and celebrate. We thank Geneva and the rest of the staff for a truly lovely evening!“

“So many vegetarian options! There's lots of meat as well, so settle down. I tried something new and didn't like it as much as I liked my boyfriend's curry but it was all phenomenal. There was great service and I'm glad we got to experience it.“

“This location has amazing staff and food. The lines you would think from seeing them at the doors can be misleading. This locations moves them in gets them fed and on they go. Has amazing rolls with many options. I recommend their salmon. We enjoy the location here and plan to keep coming back“

“We were two couples who had a late lunch at Syberg's. We are all ex-military so we did more catching up then eating. At 2 PM the restaurant was nearly empty, which surprised us. Our server, Tony, was great! He remained available even though we were focused on talking. My husband and I ordered the fish and chips. The fish is heavily breaded but the fish was cooked well. The fries are like slices rather then the typical long, thin pieces. They were nice and crispy. Our one friend ordered a salad --huge with lots (and lots) of lettuce. He was underwhelmed. His wife ordered a daily special. I didn't hear any review either way. Would we go again? Probably not. There was nothing inherently wrong with Syberg's other than their online menu was woefully out of date. There are just too many other exciting places to go in the Fairview Heights/O'Fallon area.“

“I haven't been to Sugarfire since they first opened! I was craving bbq and my husband and I headed to sugarfire. I loved the ample parking in this location. The set up is nice you can view the menu and then walk around to the counter to order and they slice the brisket right in front of you! They had so many sides, it was so hard to choose! We ended up getting the pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwich, cheesy potatoes, fries, a key lime pie slice and some 4 hands beers. Everything was SO good! We are looking forward to trying more things they offer in the future.“

“Good food with a great craft beer selection. There was only one waitress working all of the tables, and she seemed a bit overwhelmed. I wanted to try more of the beers, but my orders were wrong a number of times. That's not a knock on her, but management for not having backup help for her. She was very nice.“

“First time at Applebee's in a year. The service was great, attentive without hovering. The mango margarita my wife got didn't taste right (my wife's issue, I thought it was fine) and was quickly replaced. The food came out fast and was tasty.“

“It was a great experience! We were there just for drinks and light eat. We couldn’t get seating near the bar area, so were place in the back. I wish they had more sitting available in front. Anyhow, I am a vegetarian and ordered spinach flatbread in appetizers, and tried two scotch. It was good! ??“

“Getting Better. Old Herald Brewer & Distillery started with a lot of positives and has evolved, getting better all the time. Everyone can find faults and recommend ways that the businesses can be better and management probably realizes most of the little problems. Old Herald evolves and we celebrate that. It is fun to see what they do next and keeps us coming back. Yes, some of the stuff we miss and hope it comes back, all we can do is say what we like and what we don't like.... Like the tiny plate for their awesome Chicken & Waffles, or that Old Heralds unique "Coalsch" beer, a cousin to the German Kolsch Beer, is no longer on the beer menu. BUT! There are several unique and awesome mixed drinks that everyone who enjoys mixed drinks should investigate. They change stuff so fast that their web site can't keep up, but it seems the Facebook page does. I hope they keep up the good work!“

“This is the only place we eat at anymore! The food is delicious, perfect portions, and the owner is the nicest person! It has a space to eat at inside, but we usually bring it to eat at home. I always get my beans and cheese burritos, and my husband will usually get the Chile Colorado burrito, and they're perfect every single time! We tried a few places before we found this one, and nothing else even compares to Fridas, their atmosphere, prices, food, service. If I could eat here everyday, I would!Parking: Large parking area for all of the shops here!“
