“My boy and I decided to stay local today for lunch and try Jerods out. He ordered the cheeseburger and I ordered the Frisco burger. We got fries and and had to try the fried pickles. He gave his burger 4 out 5 for flavor, but said the fries were a little dry. The fried pickles he said were really good, and recommends them over the fries. The frisco burger was good. It comes with more cheese than I was anticipating, which made the burger taste really good. The only item of note is that this is a cash or check only place, no plastic. Overall, good food, and we recommend Jerods!”

“The Wagner HouseI highly recommend this venue to have your wedding at and reception! We had our wedding on 10.21.23. It’s very industrial rustic. The owner Bill Is very friendly and accommodating. He has created a very elegant and unique event venue. The owner made us feel like family. The bar tenders and staff are all very polite. Savanna the event planner was very professional, and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious. We got the ham with honey glaze, and grilled salmon for our reception. The rehearsal dinner we got the taco bar. The Bar staff was very accommodating to our specialty drinks. The speakeasy was a great space for the boys to get ready, and the bridal suite was everything I could have imagined for my day! We will forever be grateful for how they made our day so special!Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating for dietary restrictions. “I had not been to the restaurant since I was a very little boy, but I distinctly remember during the summer watching the kids play baseball across the street. This time when I visited, the food and atmosphere took my breath away. The decor was fabulous, including a live piano which played many tunes that were both recognizable, and well received. The food was excellent as well. We had the deep dish Chicago style pizza and one piece was more than enough for each of us. There was also the friendly staff that helped us with the menus and was always on hand when we needed them.Parking: Parking can be a bit tricky on busier nights, as the parking lot for the building is a bit small and several other businesses in the area do not like to have people parking in their lots. With a bit of creativity though, there is plenty of parking if you are willing to cross the street.”

“My family and I had an amazing dine in experience!!!!!!! I would recommend this place to anybody. The pizza was amazing the toppings were very heavy and so yummy,the crust was delicious and then we had cheese breadsticks, cheesy fries which was another amazing experience they had so much cheese in them and bacon and sour cream and onions it was out-of-this-world and they were super friendly please locals visit them it'll be well worth your trip I give it a five-star and then some.”

“I like it when I get to leave a good review and Asia Cafe in Freeport deserves it. I've been to all the Chinese food places in Freeport and none compete with the food from here. I have been to this establishment eight times now and even the times where it wasn't thier top service it was still delicious food. The place is always busy around dinner rush (which should be a good sign) and the prices for what you are getting are fair. My go to is the chicken fried rice but I have also had the orange chicken and the general Tso and it's not blow your mind cuisine but for the area it really hits the Chinese food craving spot. My only critique would be on the crab Rangoons. They seem really phoned in. I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality supplier of those, but what's currently offered is a little disappointing. Everything else I've tried has been worth the money and I plan on going many more times in the future. Also consider adding a fortune cookie with the food please. ?”

“My husband, Scott, and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Freeport Club last month. Shawn was very easygoing and accommodating as we planned our event. In the months leading up to our event, he answered our numerous questions and met with us several times. The wedding party was able to get ready on-site; the room provided was great and it allowed for a much more laid-back day for the wedding party. During the event, the service was excellent and everything ran smoothly. The Club's team discreetly tore-down all our ceremony chairs and set-up the buffet while our guests were enjoying cocktails. We had a wonderful wedding day and would recommend this venue for an event.”

They don't mess around and make your pizzas as soon as they are in. And they are friendly, if you have questions they are quick to help you.
