Do yourself (and anyone with you) a favor and drive on past. We took our family for icecream after a swim. They were "sold out" of an advertised blissard item, and my son couldn't get a slushie because the machine was broke. The cashier was so rude to me when I asked if I could get brownie bites, not bits, in my blissard. He rolled his eyes and threw up his hands. I asked my husband to please come stand with me, as it made my daughter and I extremely uncomfortable. If I could give this cashier no star, I would.

We used an older coupon to get a free sundae with our meal. They accepted the coupon and we paid, but as the cashier was making the sundae we heard the manager or owner berate the employee that we didn't pay for the sprinkles (they took the sprinkles off the order when they added the coupon). The cashier (with the manager standing over her shoulder) came back and apologized saying we didn't pay for the sprinkles. The manager should have told us this herself, but we also would have happily paid extra for sprinkles when we paid for the order. The new management seems unprofessional and stingy, the cashier was perfectly fine, but we likely won't return since the new management seems uncool.

Food is good but owners are rude as can be they have attitudes and rush you when trying to order and they dont act like they want to be there.

Great way to end the day. We each had ice cream cones and sundaes. Such a great evening for it. Lots of small baseball teams, yet we still had fast service.

This franchise is very well run! Service is great, store is clean, food well prepared.I was passing trough and entered the store right at closing time. The manager/owner served us and was obviously a very conscientious person and driven to do things right! I was impressed.
