Great place to get a yummy frozen dessert! They have tons of ice cream options, including lactose free, as well as many toppings. The indoor seating is great in the winter and outdoor seating is nice in the summer.Dietary restrictions: Lactose free ice cream avaliable

Ice cream was delicious, our server was great. We were in town for a bowling tournament and had 5 people in our party. We did appre iate the college discount. The line was moving pretty quickly until 2 girls that were not in uniform went behind the counter to get theor own ice cream and distracted the employees. Then the line slowed as only 1 or 2 employees were helping the line. Totally unacceptable for a person in "street clothes" to be reaching in to the coolers and helping herself whiles paying customers were waiting.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on us today. We could hear someone in the back so we yelled hello twice. Then I saw someone in the back and they had headphones in so I waved, they saw me and shut the door more so we left....

So yummy! I had the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Awesome Sauce and it was so good! Service was friendly and fast!
never order online from here because they never remember to put the sprinkled waffle bowl in the bag for delivery. it has been about 5 times they forgot and never include it. Also, you add toppings and they charge you but forget to add it into the ice cream.

Do not order ahead. They will literally ignore your order. I was told when I arrived "it will be a quick second". A quick second was 25 minutes after order was scheduled.

Such a negative environmental impact from this place. The garbage can is always overflowing with their trash onto the sidewalk and blowing in front of other businesses. Appears so ghetto and not sustainable or environmentally healthy. Makes me wonder about how clean inside is or is not.

I give it three stars because of today's interaction. I've been going to Cold Stone for years, and have always had a great experience, but tonight was completely different.After trying a specific flavor the night before, I decided to have an encore of my creation.To make a long story short, not only did the associate argue about the size I purchased...which I'll reiterate was the EXACT same as my prior visit...but the young lady left half of my toppings, of which I paid extra for...on the creation board to be swept off into the waste bin. Not a few...half...I'm always willing to be gracious, but tonight left a sour taste in my mouth.I've been in customer service for over 20 years. I know when it gets close to closing time, our zeal may deteriorate. However, we have to remember that we are serving the customer. While I believe the customer isn't always right, at least always make an attempt to complete the paid transaction.Despite the experience, great ice cream as always!!
