The 3 pc chicken dinner I had was good. Chicken was hot but my Mac & cheese was barely warm. The restaurant was filthy. Dust and debris all over the floor especially the little hallway in front of the restroom...then I went in the restroom and it was worse in there plus the floor had so much grease on it you slid all over. We were disgusted by the state of the restaurant. All the fast food places are a mess and never clean anymore. Was not a good experience.

Yall workers being disrespectful and rude. I seen a hot sauce on the cooking counter and she didn't put hot sauce on chicken tenders.

I agree with the “high” comment. I barely got through my order with little to no response. Pulled around to the window and they didn’t even know I was there. No food was prepared nor ready. They looked and smelled like they just did pot all day. The doors to go in were locked at 5pm. They need to hire better employees. Actually all the local Popeyes are like this, it’s disgusting.

This has to be the worst Popeye's anywhere. Only word for it is disgusting. I ordered the fish sandwich combo. Sandwich was gummy, greasy and cold. Combo was supposed to come with a side, biscuit, and drink. Didn't get the biscuit. When I asked about it was told combos didn't come with a biscuit. I pointed out there was sign right above the sandwiches that said combos were a side, drink, and biscuit, but was told sorry, the sign was wrong. Would never go in this place again.

33$ for the hardest biscuits ever served, 8pcs of nasty old fryer oil cold chicken and you forgot my other lrg mashed and gravy. For a total of 63.99 after fees, tax ,tip. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. Never again. Is there any restaurant in this area I can get a decent meal?
They always mess up the order. I’ve been here atleast 3 times and every time they forget something or mess up. I ordered chicken with fries and when I got home it was chicken with Mac and cheese. I’ve also ordered BBQ sauce the guy on the speaker repeated it back to me and still forgot. If you go to this location ALWAYS check your bag and receipt.

This establishment has very poor work ethic and management. I have tried multiple times to eat from this restaurant and they always have some sort of issue whether it’s no chicken, uncooked chicken, no workers , or just bad customer service ! Their attitudes are horrible (starting with management). Food is never prepared correct. This is definitely not the POPEYES anyone would want to eat or spend their hard work money on

Worst experience I've had at a fast food establishment. Had to wait over 50 minutes for my food. The workers said it would be a fifteen minute wait for my order. They forgot about my order and then gave me the wrong food. Will not be going back to this establishment. Extremely unacceptable, entire staff and management are so incompetent. They all should lose their job
