First my son loves this place. I let young lady know my son 12th Birthday was today and was out for dinner with him. He look for them to do Happy Birthday for him. No one never came to do so. The first bad experience I didn't do a review on. This time I did.

Love everything bout Texas roadhouse I have tried almost everything and I'm telling u I have not been the least disappointed in the food the service the atmosphere even when the line is long and they tell me it will be 45 min if you wait and see what happens they get you in in way less time.

My wife and I went there yesterday for our anniversary. My wife noticed a piece of rotten (black) lettuce in her salad. We requested the manager to come over to let him know that it wasn't acceptable. Instead of apologizing, he gaslighted us by basically saying " It was only one piece of rotten lettuce and no one's perfect. It's not that big of a deal." Now, we weren't expecting nor wanted to get our meals comped or anything extra. Just a sincere apology would have been the perfect response. He didn't say sorry once. With Outback opening right down the street, it's time to take Texas Roadhouse out of our dining rotation.

The food was fantastic like always. We were there for a birthday dinner for my son the waitress was one of the best she had a smile and she made sure that everything was going well. The only thing I had a problem with was the potato skins that come entree were over cooked and burned they need to watch it much better. I love eating here and I will be returning soon.
