The workers at this place have no clue what so ever what's going on. I ask for cookie dough and chocolate and they give me vanilla and peanut butter chocolate. this is not ok my sister is allergic to peanuts and she could die in 5 minutes . My newborn cat is smarter than the everyone who works here. They talk about their customers in a rude way behind their backs. I recommend not going here. if I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Of course VR has great ice cream, but at the location the service sucks. The staff is unfriendly and more or less hide out somewhere near the drive through. The place is empty when other places have lines. Management needs to wake up.

If zero stars was an option, Then 0 stars. I specifically asked for two of the sundae options listed on the website, and showed the picture on the website, too, to avoid any confusion. Employee was like "okay" and made one, and tried to give me the one ice cream (which was nothing, at all, what I asked for) and when I asked about the other sundae I ordered, I was given attitude before she went ahead and made another ice cream that was also not at all what I asked for. I said that "this isn't what I ordered, can I have what I ordered?" and she refused to communicate at all and pretty much shoved us on our way. I understand people get busy, but if she could've communicated at ANY POINT that they either don't do those sundaes at this store, or even offered to fix the situation or something I could've been understanding. the dismissiveness, attitude & literally refusing to give me what I ordered was incredibly unprofessional and rude. if you don't want to work, then don't. but don't waste other peoples' time and money and make it their fault for wanting the item they ordered on the menu, and then trying to figure out why you didn't make anything remotely close to what was on the menu...the items I ordered were pricey, but worth their price, and the items I got were the same price as what I ordered but worth so much less. If I wanted two scoops of ice cream in a cup, I would've gone to my grocery store For half the price. both first and last time I ever visit this baskin robins. I don't recommend visiting here if you want anything other than what you can get at your local grocery store for half the price.Not to mention, the menu item I asked for did not have nuts listed As an ingredient, and it was topped with nuts. Thankfully I'm not allergic. anybody who's allergic - stay away from this store.

This location doesn't enforce COVID-19 sanitation and prevention measures outlined by the state and CDC guidelines. Employees either not wearing masks or wearing them only over their mouths with their noses exposed (defeating the purpose of masks) and not making customers wear masks as well. This business does not care about the health and safety of its customers or employees.

Every single time I went to this location it was between 2 a.m. and 4 AM. A Hispanic gentleman has helped me every single time. This evening, however, I went to the drive-thru and was told by a Caucasian woman they are, "barely making those..." because, according to her, she did not have the time, material, Etc to create anything from the Baskin-Robbins portion of the business. I then asked the woman if she was closed. She stated that they were not closed only that the Dunkin' side could be sold right then. I am not slow and I try not to be disrespectful to employees of any business ever. When I frequented this location previously the nice Hispanic man would make what I wanted - it is obvious that I work strange hours. This time it was as if I was a bother for even pulling up to the drive thru. I do not like negative reviews and that is why they get a 5. I love Dinkin'/Baskin Robbins. It is American to the core. Hopefully the owner will fix it and allow all items to be sold in the drive thru anytime and train the employee not to make silly open ended - non finite remarks. (We're barely making that stuff..."). Thanks.

I love this location. It is always super packed, both drive-through and lobby. For the amount of business they have, they are ALWAYS on top of their game. I've never gotten an order that was made incorrectly, which is rare for a Dunkin Donuts chain. I give this one 4 stars because I was there a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday morning. I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 bagels and 2 coffees. After getting the coffees, I was asked to pull up and wait for them to finish the bagels. Typically I never agree to pull forward to wait when asked (this goes for anywhere I go) because I'm almost always forgotten about and then end up having to run inside and track my stuff down. But, because they are always on their A game here, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and pull forward. Once again, I regret doing that. I was waiting at least 5 minutes until I got out of my car, went inside and asked about the status of my order. Nothing is more frustrating than watching cars pass you by in the drive through while you still don't have your order. When I got inside, there was a bag sitting at the drive through register. When I approached someone to ask where my bagels were, the girl went to check and I heard a woman at the bagel station say "yep, we're working on it." A young male working with her said "wait- I already made those. For drive through? Check there." The girl went to the drive-through window and picked up the bag that I saw sitting there when I went inside a few minutes prior. I understand that we're all human and make mistakes but with the amount of workers I saw behind that counter when I walked inside-a mistake like that should not have been made. This won't deter me from coming here in the future, but just a little constructive feedback. I like this location so much, I'd hate for them to start slipping up and turn into the other unpredictable Dunkin chains that can't be trusted & are a hit/miss.
