Highly disappointed daughter picked up some fancy apples as she has done in the past. And I tried to slice it with my apple slicer, and the apple was so old that the cream cheese was falling right off with the caramel. For the price you think that you would not serve old taffy apples of any kind! Just saying!

Went in to get some taffy apples that are already premade and had to wait 10 minutes due to the kids that are running the place. Too busy goofing off and socializing with friends that came in to talk to them as well as showing one another Snapchat videos in the back instead of cutting the apples I bought. Beyond unprofessional and irritating especially considering the cost of a taffy apple you would think that the customer service would be better.

I ordered the Neapolitan cake online in advance for pickup from this location for my daughter's birthday. I had requested that "Happy Birthday" be written on it. Went in to pick it up, which was ready and handed to me. I looked at the cake and was shocked by the way HB was written. Looked as though a 5 year old printed it. I immediately asked the woman if she wrote "Happy Birthday" on it. She started that it wasn't her. Okay- we all managed to chuckle at the childish and incredibly zero sense of work ethic and pride employees have in today's workplace. Then, once we cut the cake and began to consume the cake, we all started to realize that the cake tasted freezer burned! In addition to that, it was missing layers that were supposed to be included! This was an expensive cake and a total waste of $50.00 dollars! My advice, don't fall for their sales gimmick -"This 8 layer cake puts Nana's 7 layer dip to shame." In the future, ask Nana to make her 7 layer delicious dip, at least she would make it with love and pride. Save your hard earned money and don't bother to buy this freezer burned, missing layers, and poorly constructed crap cake!

I had cold stone for 1st time. It is smooth and delicious. Even got a treat for my dog. Highly recommend. I got mint and sprinkles.

SCAM ALERT! Cold stone creamery Shorewood IL. How can you name a product Butter Pecan ice cream but not have pecans in the ice cream. I ordered a pint of Butter Pecan ice cream and not one pecan was in the whole pint. Every time I have ordered this flavor or even bought it at the grocery store, they all have pecans in the ice cream but not here. I called and spoke with the woman that made my order and she said that, oh you have to ask for the pecans to be added and mixed in. WHAT, your kidding me right. As much as you charge for this ice cream it doesn't automatically come with all of the ingredients that's supposed to be in it. $13.00 for a pint of flavored ice cream without any pecans is absolutely absurd. This is blatant false advertising.What the F has happened to our world. It's like going to buy a new car and them not giving you the wheels and tires with the car. Share this review with others.

Delicious flavors, the staff is fast and gets you out pretty quickly. My favorite flavour is coffee with roasted almonds and coconut with it ? they had Nintendo themed cups and mixed flavors that got my kids pretty excited.
