The sandwiches are all bread, no meat unlike the competitors ie…Jersey Mike’s. If you’re there for just the bread you will be happy. And when the owner responds on a review to contact this other link. Don’t bother they will just say independently owned call the owner

Waited an hour and a half for a sandwich so I call, because they didn’t bother to. They never delivered anything, and wouldn’t have if I didn’t call, ends up taking two hours to move a turkey sandwich a half a mile. Don’t order from this location.

I told the short chubby black employee that I don’t feel comfortable with him making my sandwich with a large open sore on his forearm inches away from the food. He didn’t bother to cover it up and continued to make my sandwich.

Manager JT and the staff were excellent. Even when they were closing soon I had a great experience and the will definitely come back to this location. I really appreciate what they did for me and I am happy to write a great review for such a positive experience.
Took over 45 minutes to deliver 2 sandwiches 6 minutes away from their store. They stated they were super busy and only had one delivery driver. But they didn't wait to make the sandwiches so by the time they were delivered they were soggy and not great.

Not a single person smiled, said hello or even faked happiness when we walked in at 6 on Friday. The three people working there looked like they watched puppies being kicked all day. They got 2 out of our 3 sandwiches wrong. The one they got right was a Slim 4 so.....yay for them. The Jimmy Johns in Plainfield is way nicer and the people there like the job and do it right. Drive farther up 59 for proper service

First time coming here. This place is absolutely expensive for a Jimmy John's. I've never paid 5 bucks for a little John sandwich. Place wasn't the cleanest either. Service was okay but the staff was more focused on closing down early than taking care of the customers.

Ordered a catered order in advance. Spent a lot of $$. Order was 30 min late. I know it's hard getting drivers. But if I was an owner I'd be out delivering too. The delivery times are always sooo long now.
