One of my favorite resturants ever! Amazing staff that always make me laugh and smile. I recently had wonderful suprise party there with my family. Highly recommend the Bun Bo Hue and the Three Chili Chicken for my spice lovers! Always a great place that feels like home.

The food is great. The three chili chicken, lemon shrimp, and salt/pepper shrimp are all so good. My wife and I order those everytime we come. This is our new favorite spot.

We ordered food for pick up and was only given 3 out of five items. We get home and see two items missing. Called them and they agreed that they messed up. They told me they would deliver in a half hour. Took over an hour to deliver. All they said was sorry. They should have done more to get the food to us as quickly as they could. Will likely not order from this place again. Highly disappointed.

Truly one of my favorite go-to restaurants in Shorewood (or ever, really!). The service is always wonderful, and the food is always top tier.Kid-friendliness: I don't believe they have a children's menu. Typically we get my toddler fried rice. They are also happy to custom make things if asked!

I tried this place for the first time and was excited given some of the reviews. Unfortunately, the beef in the beef and meatball pho were chunks of meat with the consistency of Gyro meat. The broth was bland. The sautéed chicken was so dry and chewy that I threw it away. I had ordered this as takeout and arrived at the time that was texted to me, only to wait 25 minutes more for them to complete the order. The timestamp on my receipt showed the order was started when I arrived not when I called the hour before.

“OMG PHO”, a restaurant that earns a very lavish review from me! For me, having the typical Raising Canes to go to, I really enjoyed this Vietnamese restaurant. After wanting to try this for almost a year, my girlfriend and I finally got the perfect reason to try it. A school assignment!Ranging from everything to customer service, to scenery, and all the way to the dishes served. A very clean environment where I didn’t have to focus on much but the task at hand, grubbing! This establishment did a phenomenal job of making me and my girlfriend feel at home. This is all without even mentioning the food and how fast they managed to get it out.The menu had tons of variety to start. But every, and I mean every dish had a healthy addition added to it. Not necessarily all in your face and force fed but like I said, an option. I also really enjoy the way every dish had their own brand new flavor presented. Almost no repetitive options. The menu also had some prices on the lower end as well (considering how nice the place is)Our customer service was top tier too! There were no issues or misunderstandings when ordering the food and it was all so easy to do. Our waiter gave us the time we needed to decide and returned almost immediately afterwards. He also considered if any of us had allergies and suggested other options just in case. The only bad thing I have to say is about the poor connection. It came to be an issue later on but no big deal. Just be aware if you plan to use apple pay lol. Probably better to bring a card or cash anyway. In conclusion this place is surely a must try! When I put together all the pros and cons the pros outweigh the cons. Therefore if I had to rate this place I’d rate it a 8.5/10 (Which is fairly good!). I strongly encourage you to try this restaurant especially if you have plans to try new food.

What kind of Hue beef noodle soup is not the same as Hue beef noodle soup, what kind of noodle soup has a lot of satay but it's so spicy? I want to steam a piece of vermicelli but it's all steamed with satay. After eating it, my mouth will be sore the next day. People of Hue origin can't stand spicy food, Americans can't even eat it. Hue beef noodle soup has 1 star, but there is no such thing. I advise the restaurant to take down that dish, otherwise if someone else comes in and eats it, they will get another 1 star review.
