Awful! Pizza was wrong. Didn’t have giardiara. Guy on the phone said it wasn’t messed up, just didn’t have the peppers. It was only $1.50. Ravioli was burnt. Black bottoms. Filling was gone. But according to the guy on the phone, it’s supposed to be crispy. It’s personal preference. Poppers tasted freezer burned. Water squirted out. Sour cream that came with mini tacos had an expiration date of Jan 1. Containers with apps were not even in a bag to attempt to keep warm. Food was cold. It’s been a couple hours now, still waiting to here from the owner. You’re out of your mind if you order from here. It’s been a long time since we ordered here. No problems in the past. Guy on the phone was a joke. Offered $10 credit. I wouldn’t take free food from them now. $70 down the drain. DO NOT ORDER HERE! Nobody cares.

The pepperoni slice I had wasn't that bad compared to the reviews. Decent taste and crunch. The atmosphere kinda sucks and is small. On the fly, I'd stop again. Not the best nor the worst.

Been a loyal customer at the Shorewood location since 2014. For the last several years supported them and Local Flavor buy purchasing gift cards for several of the Pizza 4 U locations in the region. Attempted to use a gift certificate tonight. Took 10min and 3 phone calls to get someone to even answer the phone. After placing the order I explained that I had a gift certificate from local flavor. I was told that the new owner was not accepting gift certificate to their own restaurant.Sorry but I care less who the owner is old or new. I purchased a gift certificate to support a local business that they won't honor? Won't be Pizza 4 me anymore and it shouldn't be pizza 4 anyone as their customer service is less than adequate.

We ordered delivery. Large pepperoni pizza and a large beef roll. Our first time ordering from Shorewood location and DEFINITELY OUR LAST! The beef and au jus was ice cold. The pizza was half slidden. Just a terrible experience. Joliet location blows this one away. What a shame i love pizza 4 u but not all locations are the same. And the pizza was burnt.

No way will we order again. All I ordered was a beef pocket. Placed my order at 5:01pm. I had to place a call to the store at 6:26pm wondering where my order was. They stated it was with the delivery driver. Order showed up at 6:56pm. THE BEEF ROLL WAS COLD. HOW LONG WAS IT IN THE CAR? Seriously never had any issues with the Pizza for U in Joliet.

i normally don’t have any complaints or issues but my mom order a beef roll for me and her at 5:01pm and it says it would have been here at 5:30-5:45 and it’s almost 7pm and it still hasn’t arrived yet.

Ordered a pizza for delivery last night. The pizza never arrived. I called continuously and nobody answered. Finally drove there over 2 hours later and they said the phone lines were down. Apparently the phone calls were being redirected to the owner. He is the one who took my order and never placed it with his employees. The employees were apologetic and it wasn't their fault. How do you run a business like this? I also gave the owner my credit card number and he must have just written it down somewhere and not used it which makes me uncomfortable as well. This is I second bad experience since they switched ownership. Last time we ordered a pizza, all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. We were loyal Pizza For U customers but that's my last order with them.

It's the best around. It's your basic pizza, nothing fancy and that's what I want. The beef pockets must have been given to them by a highly advanced civilization because they are out of this world good. It's so good. My favorite thing to order.Vegetarian options: Pizza and bread and jalapeno poppers.

These fries are raw, not even cooked... paid for giardiniera to be in the beef pocket and instead they give it to me on the side.
Pizza 4 U is one of best pizzas I've ever had. However I will be making the extra 5 minute trip to the Channahon pizza shop from now on. The Shorewood one had burnt crust on both pizzas that we ordered. A 20" Pepperoni pizza came with 30 pieces of pepperoni. We also ordered a sausage pizza and they were all out of sausage. I understand they just reopened, but we were pretty disappointed.

I went there today to pick up some cheese sticks the inside of the store smelled like rotten meat or a dead body it was very sour it gave me a headache. The staff was friendly I just didn't know if I should eat the food so I just threw it away I've been to pizza for you before never smelled like that it was bad.

Ordered today and got a pizza that looks like it was dropped. Inedible.Thanks for the reply. We already called and the staff said they were going to send out the driver back to pick up the pizza. We left it on the front porch and it's still there 3 hours later.A short time after calling the restaurant they called my wife asking about a beef pocket delivery. When she told the guy that we didn't order a beef pocket but we were waiting for the driver to pickup the messy pizza they were rude to her and got defensive stating they have a long list of things to worry about. Sure makes it seem like there's alot of confusion at the restaurant and they're taking the frustration out on customers.

Christmas eve ordered pizza for the kids. 1 pizza was ok 2nd pizza was burned beyond belief kids wouldn't eat it. When we called they asked us to send pictures to give proof. Which we did even though I've never had to do this in my entire life anywhere else, but I did. When my nephew went to pick it up he was given total attitude. You burned my pizza I wasted my gas to come pick up a 2nd burned pizza and received attitude. You lost a customer if you can't handle your business and employees you will continue to get these kind of reviews.
