Ordered yesterday on a whim. The food was ready fast and was hot and delicious. Definitely made my night after a bad day at work. The gentlemen taking payment at the counter was very nice and made me smile. If you’re going to get Pizza, go here.

Placed an order the day before I needed the pizza to be delivered. It was for a pizza party for a classroom of students. I specifically placed the order the day before as I knew I would not be able to place the order while teaching. I am with my students and waiting for delivery of pizza which never comes. I check my cell-phone, which I never do at work and see a voicemail from this store. They had a larger order and would not be able to deliver mine at the correct time because of this. Why didn't you tell me this yesterday when I placed the order? The order of 2 pizzas was not as important as your large order? Why? Because it was not as much money? How disappointing. I call the store, no apology, no discount, refund, nothing. Jose was who I talked to and had no sympathy for upsetting my students. Will NEVER order from this store again.

It's pizza hut, so you already know what you're getting. With Pizza Huts 1 topping deal, they don't give you credit to do 2 half items like all the other chains do. For this reason, they lose a star in this review and receive reduced frequency from me.
Manager last night did not compensate appropriately me for two almost cheese-less Cheese pizzas. No toppings! Credited me the cost of 1 of them. And I still don’t know where she applied the credit to because she said the order didn’t show up on none of my phone numbers. That’s not the first time I ordered cheese pizza that had hardly any cheese at this location. Just a reminder why I prefer the non chain pizza restaurants. This level us customer service is not worth the savings.

I had the Pizza melt, wings and starry soda. The pizza melt was kind of gross. The cheese was not even melted. Big clumps of dry cheese. Tasted like it wasn’t even cooked fully on one side. Very dry! I do not recommend that item. I’m not a fan of pizza huts pizza. I prefer any other pizza place besides here. The wings where actually very good. Why I gave a 4 star in stead of 3 . Also curbside delivery was very quick. Starry soda hit the spot for sure.

I recently posted a review about the pizza hut in Shorewood IL. My review was 4-5 stars. But recently ordering on 8/11/23 they dropped the ball like every other restaurant. I ordered a large sausage pizza to be delivered which comes with a delivery fee. I waited 45mins to an hour which i received no pizza. I contacted store about said pizza and was met with "nonchalant verbal conversation". They claimed that i was supposed to pick up my food when i specifically paid for delivery. I gave receipt no# plus credit card info# as proof of payment. The employee name was Kyle and pretty much debated with me about this food purchase/ delivery fee. Kyle then proceeded to be rude and said "if you dont agree with me you can just get a refund, no sweat off my back". I was completely shocked on the service of this establishment!. Seems as if restaurant's are rude, obnoxious, and completely unconcerned about the customer. Whatever happened to the customer is always right, especially when you are. So i guess I'll have to put this Pizzahut location on a time out/ punishment?. Maybe frozen pizza's from Walmart or just make one from home is the way to go. If i could do no stars i would but this app won't allow so 1 star it is.

This location has a great team and they go above and beyond. Great energy, and they even double checked my order before I left to make sure everything was correct. Food temp and order were perfect.
