Frequently order build your own poke bowls online and pick up in store. Almost never have an issue with getting the order right or food quality. Location can be a bit tight to get in and out of. Prices have also increased a bit in the last year or so.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience while ordering food from Poke Bros in Shorewood. Not only was the service subpar, but the behavior of one of the employees was absolutely unacceptable.Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed one of the employees biting their nails and cleaning their fingernails. This was already a major red flag for me, as personal hygiene is of utmost importance when handling food. It made me question the overall cleanliness and sanitation standards of the establishment. As I placed my order, I couldn't help but feel disgusted by the employee's lack of professionalism. It is highly unhygienic to bite nails and clean fingernails in a food preparation area. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the employee, but also on the restaurant as a whole.I couldn't enjoy my meal knowing that it had been prepared by someone who displayed such poor personal hygiene habits.I understand that mistakes can happen and employees may have off-days, but this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism when dining out or ordering food, and this experience fell far below those expectations.I strongly urge the restaurant management to address this issue and ensure that all employees adhere to proper hygiene practices. It is essential for the health and safety of the customers, as well as the reputation of the establishment. In conclusion, my experience ordering food from this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the employee's unhygienic behavior. I will not be returning and I would caution others to think twice before dining or ordering from this establishment.

They have delicious poke bowls. I walked in and was the only person in line. Stood there for 15 mins while they didn't acknowledge me. One person was more concerned filling door dash orders. The other just walked back and forth between the counter and the back. I asked if they could help me and they said no. I left and haven't returned. Sad because they are close to my house and would go there frequently.

My sushi cravings are so serious that the Johnny Utah bowl is my salmon superhero! Poke Bros Shorewood is like the superhero headquarters, always delivering a perfect 10/10. Gather your squad, your mom, and that special sushi sidekick – it's a flavor adventure! ? ‍♂️✨

I'd give zero stars if I could. They were so RUDE! And gave me 6 pieces of tuna and charged me $20.59!! I only got some rice, the 6 pieces of tuna(I asked for more and he said $4! I said forget it), green onions, avocado - which they took a spoon and just plopped it on top! They didn't even have it cut up - and then I asked for sesame seeds and they treated me like I was asking for diamonds sprinkled on my food! They were very VERY RUDE and totally ripped me off! I'll never go to this location again! I'm so upset ?

I had to stop and try this, and I don't regret it!! The employee behind the counter and I had some language barriers when asked for advice on what to order. We made it work though. The portion is enough for two meals and the FLAVORS were perfect together!

This location is a tiny but clean little restaurant. The employees were nice and quick, and I love their Hula bowl! The food has been fresh and yummy each time we've gone. Will definitely go again!

It definitely hit the spot when I was CRAVING a chicken ginger salad and some fresh greens. 9.7/10 Place was clean. Employees were patient and helpful. I got a salad with chicken, sesame, ginger, edamame, carrots, nuts, don't forget the soy dressing!! & sooo many more yummy toppings and veggies.

Really good. Love that they have so many ways to make the bowls, just wish they had more veggie add in options (like radish, purple cabbage, etc)

For the third time in 2 weeks, this location closed early and we weren't able to get any food. I keep leaving work early and driving 20min out-of-the-way for dinner for our group. The first time, we were there 7min before close and they were cleaning up, even though the door was unlocked. The second time, I was there exactly 15min before close and though the door was unlocked, they were closing up again and weren't serving. Today, I was 19min early, and they still wouldn't serve me. A lady walked in a couple minutes before me and was trying to get them to serve her - we both left together. We went next door to Noodles and Company to buy food. Six people came in just after us in the same situation, complain that Poke Brothers was closed and ordered food. Each time, I was purchasing for 6 people, so they've missed 18 meals for our group alone. Today, they lost at least 13 meal sales from the people that came into N&C (I'm not sure they were just ordering for themselves). What the heck?! If you close at 8:30, then don't put 9pm on your door, menu, website, Google, or anything pertinent. The employees literally laughed in our faces as we walked out. Disgusting and poor, poor taste for a business. We will be cross-posting across all social media mediums.
