Couldn’t even order an acai bowl because they had “premade ones” when they literally make them in front of you. I just wanted 3 toppings instead of the rest and they refused to make it.

Friendly, personable, helpful, expert preparation-- seriously the consistently nicest group of people we've encountered in all our years. I have loved going to this place for some time now and have never had an issue, but yesterday i was absolutely disgusted and horrified by what i found in my smoothie. I took a sip and felt something in my mouth and immediately spit it out, i was disgusted to see that a fly had been in my smoothie and even more grossed out by the fact that it had been in my mouth. I am already terrified of bugs and the fact that one was in my mouth made me horrified. I spent about a half hour cleaning and scrubbing my mouth because of how disgusted i was. I understand that flys come in when doors are open, but this is just unacceptable. I was also surprised by how many flys were in the store when we had gotten the smoothies and i have to say i am extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of this establishment. I can honestly say that i will not be a returning customer.

This is the only smoothie place and smoothie king I go too and today especially I was not impressed messed up my smoothie remade it and it wasn't full all the way and was not blended well
