I thought I had ribs before… I was confident that I have eaten ribs. Everything I’ve ever known about ribs was a lie. I just had a spiritual experience inside of an unsuspecting restaurant. I saw someone else say that these ribs were the best ribs they ever had in their life and I was like “yeah, ok, loser. You probably haven’t been to Texas blah blah blah. 10/10 hands down. The best seasoned tender BBQ in the city, im glad he moved closer. I always get either rib tips, nuggets, wings, brisket, and macaroni. Keep up the great business Troy!

Best BBQ around. Troy, the owner, is awesome. He's nice, conversational, let's you try a sample. He knows us by name. I'm so glad he found this location in Shorewood.
