Will not be returning to any Dunkin location, horrible customer service. Went thru drive thru....had advertisements for churro and Vanilla cinnamon ice Coffees and lattes...couldn't make those as no ingredients anymore. Shouldnt be advertising it if you dont have it! Employee couldn't tell me what other flavors they had available, no knowledge of the menu or what could be made instead. We drove away, never again!

Service was horrible. No one working in the front of the store, but music. Drive-through line was wrapped halfway around the parking lot. Attitude inside the store was horrible. No one had to like they cared about their job. And when the African-American woman brought my son sandwich to me and we took it outside and left to travel back home, 7 1/2 hours Got to enjoy chewing on someone’s freaking hair in the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting, and the people at that establishment need to learn how to work and provide good customer service. Because Which ever independent owner has the store, Y’all Need to hire employees that Care about the money you put into that place.

The bathrooms were disgusting. I was here shortly after 7 am. The floor was sticky, toilet was dirty and has dried pee, the garbage was overflowed w paper towels, the sink was dirty. I assumed the night shift was shorthanded and didn't get to it so I let it slide.I was sitting and enjoying my drink while working and a lady stopped in and was waiting to order. After several minutes she hollered in the back trying to grab someone's attention. No one answered so she hollered back again. No answer. She hollered back again. Someone finally came out and took her order. She explained it was for her son, so I assumed she was saying she was in a hurry.After the lady left the employee rudely said to the employees with at least 3 other customers in the store that she doesn't care who the sandwich was for and she told her she'd be out the first time she hollered. If she did answer her, we couldn't hear her up front. She then followed up with "I hope she chokes on the sandwich!"I was in disbelief and went up and asked for the managers name and number. The employee I spoke to said she was the manager and she said she did tell her she can't speak like that and will write her up and she has spoken like that before.No customer deserves to be treated like this.

Not my first visit. Knew what to expect going in. Nothing wrong with this location or staff. Pretty well run establishment, clean and orderly. Staff is polite and beverages are outstanding. Donuts not fresh baked, as they were in the 70's, but not horrible for being frozen and reheated, I guess. Breakfast sandwiches taste good, similar to Burger King Croissant sandwiches but not soggy like Burger King. Mainly go here for the drinks.

I like this location a lot. The service is always good. The last 2 times I have gotten coffee, it has been very watered down and not had the flavor I asked for even though it's printed on the label. I normally make coffee at home and have Dunkin as a treat. Please be aware that the quality of your product has declined and it is noticeable.

There were only 2 employees working, and the drive-thru was Crazy busy! The guy working was Excellent at doing his customer service job! He gets All 10 of the 'service and atmosphere' Stars!The owner or manager gets the other 3 stars.
We have visited this location 3 times over the past 6 months while traveling. This location has always been super busy during the breakfast rush when we have come in but the staff are fast and accurate on completing orders. Food is great and the filled donuts here are the best we have had at any location! Thank you!

Came in and unable to get service. Was ignored by employees, apparently they only pay attention to the drive thru. Do not recommend, will not return.(yes I saw the kiosk to order, but the donuts on the screen didn't match what I saw in the baskets, and without anyone to ask, this left me with pretty much no choice but to walk away.)

Stopped in the drive thru on the way home with my son for a quick coffee and a doughnut. We ordered two hot coffees and two doughnuts. Got one iced, so I had them remake it. Hit the road and later opened the bag of doughnuts to find not two but 5 doughnuts, of which none were what we ordered, and what we tried to eat were dry as the Sahara and disgusting. Pretty sad when you can't pick a doughnut off the shelf and put it in a bag correctly.
