First of all I come here all the time but no more after ordering a Caesar chicken wrap I was puking all night got so sick. Danielle general manager apologized but it wasn’t really sincere. They immediately get on the offensive when you want to share negative feedback.
There's no way to watch your food being prepared you don't get to select what you want on it everything's pre-made and the service is very slow they forgot the oil and vinegar no seasoning is this the fast food sub I like to go where I can pick and put different things on it anyway I won't be coming back here again $35 later not happy with any of it

This particular location needs some serious help. I have given them way too many attempts to "get it right" but every single time, they fail. Today is my last attempt. I always order delivery and this location is one mile from my office. They are NEVER "freaky fast", typically taking more than a half hour, and my sandwich is ALWAYS wrong.
