Generally welcoming and spacious rooms. Staff overall nice, some seemed a little curt. Breakfast even considering COVID was dismal and bad. For the price and free parking close to Chicago, you cannot do better. Will stay again if needed.

Very nice & clean except pool had too much chlorine burned ur eyes even just sitting in the pool area. Much needed relaxing day with the family. Will return for sure. But maybe not to the pool. Not bad for price.

First time staying at Hilton I will be booking again blasé I became a member the servers at front desk made me feel welcomed and the room maids where awesome with delivering more towels Me and my family are thankful

I liked everything about the hotel and how they were trying to keeping everyone safe. The food for breakfast could have been better. I have always loved the waffles when I would stay at hotels and there was none

Great hotel, great rooms, great staff, clean rooms, comfortable quiet ac/heater, desks with a good chair, adjustable, mini fridge, big TV's about 55". Down in the lobby there’s a good station where guests can buy meals or snacks. They have free grab-bags every morning for breakfast. Overall super satisfied with my stay!

We have used AOK Gourmet twice recently and it was fantastic! Everyone raved about the food. Not only is the food excellent, but they are a pleasure to work with and are reasonably priced! We will continue to utilize them in the future.

This past weekend we had a large party for a special occasion my son was having. I decided to go with AOK as a referral from an old friend who has used him many times. I spoke with Andy a few times over the phone and emails to go over the menu and what we were needing. The day of the event came and when we walked in the room, it looked great then we saw the food on the buffet tables and was so impressed. The food was presented so beautifully and looked so good. We went with a Mediterranean theme so we had chicken and beef cubes, rice Hummus, salads, roasted veggies, etc. Then I had something to eat and the food was just outstanding and so many people asked us where we got it from. Then desert came out and the fruit trays were amazing and we also had an ice cream bar which was outstanding. I would so highly recommend AOK for your catering needs. Andy was very kind and understanding and really got the job done above and beyond. The company he uses for servers for the even were so professional, prompt and kind as well.
